This is a phenomenal location for any ski enthusiast or first-timer and at a price that is significantly less than other options located on Peak 7 and 8 such as One Ski Hill Place and Crystal Peak Lodge ---- yet with the same quality interior. Enjoy the comfort & convenience of being right on the slopes and having immediate access to a variety of trails -- novice, intermediate, advanced and expert. There are two high-speed quadchairs directly in front of Skiwatch, the Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Just put on your skis and head 100 yards down the hill to catch a ride. Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2358 acres available in Breckenridge. Peak 7 has over 300 acres which can be accessed from Peak 8. Peaks 9 and 10 are connected by lifts with Peak 8. The Ski School and Kids' Castle are located at the base area below our building. Breckenridge lift tickets are interchangeable with Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and other Vail Resort Ski Areas. The base area also has the Ski Hill Grill restaurant, T-Bar lounge and a ski shop. You can also access the BreckConnect gondola, which transports you to Peak 7 or directly into town, where you will find restaurants, shopping, breweries and the Breckenridge night life.
The building has attached, private, covered parking on two levels, so no need to worry about the elements when coming to or from your car. In the last two years, the building has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations to update décor and improve appearance.
