Near my house is very good and delicious restaurant Zupcica, located just 50 meters accros the main road.
From mine apartments there is perfect view on the historical city called Cavtat, and touristic place Plat ( Hotels, Villas and big swimming pool free for everyone).
Only 5 minutes from our villa is picturesque place called Mlini, typical for Dalmatia.
In walking distance there are many beaches here.

ABOUT MLINI:
Mlini is an old historic place, on the finest in Župa Dubrovačka. Situated along the banks of the precipitous rivulet Zavrelja, beside several sand beaches and bays with clean sandbanks. The name of the place comes from the mills, that used to be moved by the waters of the rivulet Zavrelja.

Villa Sunset is located only 300 metres from the nearest beach, in the picturesque town of Mlini, 10 km south of Dubrovnik. Property features 10 accommodation units. All apartments have panoramic sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning is standard in every room. It has a kitchen and a dining area, also balcony with beautiful sea view. The restaurant Zupcica and a bus station can be found within 200 metres from villa. Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away, and airport transfers are available for a fee. Daily trips can be organised on site.

Mlini is located just 10 km from the town of Dubrovnik. Cavtat is just 8 km from Mlini. Mlini is among on of the most developed tourist resorts in the riviera od Dubrovnik. The coast of Mlini is very beautiful, with lots of beaches, lush vegetation and crystal clear sea.
There many small hidden beaches, bays , swimming spots and also many organised boat excursions to numerous nearby islands.
The place abounds in historic monuments and many legends, according to one legend St. Hillery has burned down the dragon of Epidaurum on the beach of Mlini in 4th century.
The little church of St. Hillary (Sv. Ilar) has been erected in the memory of the deliverer who has became the patron of this area.

Near my house is bus station ( about 150 meters ), and there is regural bus line every 30 minutes (bus number 10 or 16).
Also we can arrange transfer services from the airport to my house and back.
The driver or us will wait for the clients on the airport arrivals with paper on which is written their name, and drive them directly to Villa Sunset. Also other transfer services are available on demand.
In the nearest place called Plat, there is also boat line to Dubrovnik and back approximately every 30 minutes.
