We’re not a hotel chain or big corporation…just a family whose dream was always to own property in the mountains. We love Breckenridge because it’s a real town with a real history dating back to 1859, much of which has been carefully preserved in Colorado’s largest historic district. The skiing is fabulous, but the summers have kept us coming back since 1999. You CANNOT get bored here: outside of the amazing array of winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-county skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice climbing, sleigh riding), there’s a dizzying array of 3-season outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, white water rafting, kayaking, ballooning, swimming, running, tennis…pretty much something for everyone! Our condo is a great, peaceful escape for our family, and we’re anxious to share it with you on your next mountain vacation!

This condo gives our family of six room to spread out. The bedrooms are separated by the living room and entryway, affording a lot of privacy. The location at the Village at Breckenridge can't be beat...ski-in for lunch and walk to just about everything in town. The perfect vacation

From the moment we walked into the condo, we loved it. It was decorated so nicely and It had anything and everything we could have wanted. The location was great as well, rightat the base of peak 9, and so close to town. It sure made it easy to go exploring. We could not have asked for anything better and would certainly live to visit again.

Owner's Response: We're so glad to have been a part of your perfect vacation, and thank you for mentioning the décor. We recently stayed at a condo in Florida in which it was immediately apparent that it was nothing more than a "rental." It had a great location but was full of cheap furnishings, uncomfortable mattresses and bedding, and mismatched decorations. Charming to some, maybe...but we got the impression that the owners really didn't care about their guests' experience. We care! We have top-of-the line mattresses and bedding, comfortable furniture...and we've done our best to decorate with an elegant, distinctly Colorado feel. You are guests in our home, not tenants in a cheap rental.

Excellent all the way around

From the great location to the little details like the board games and Wii for the kids, couldn't ask for more. I took the advise of Joe and got the heated parking spot in the parking garage which in the winter time was really nice.

Owner's Response: The heated garage is a really nice amenity and somewhat hard to find among condominium complexes here in Breckenridge. I hate that we have to charge extra for it during ski season, but the HOA forces us owners to manage our own parking reservations and to collect and remit payment to them for each reservation we make. Since many of our guests arrive via airport shuttle and, therefore, don't need parking, it seems only fair to charge only those guests who actually use the parking. Nonetheless, we're certainly not out to make money off parking. We only charge our guests what the HOA bills us--currently $18 per night. And by the way, parking in the garage is free outside of ski season (although we still have to make a reservation for it).

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, amazing views, and plenty of space for everyone in our party. We will definitely back to this same unit next year!

Owner's Response: Our location is truly special and something that can’t be duplicated. Not only are we “where the mountain meets Main Street,” I believe that our condo is in one of the best spots in the complex. We are on the southeast corner of the top floor with only one shared wall with another unit. The views are great outside every window!

Owner's Response: We'd be glad to have you back! Breckenridge Ski Resort usually opens the second week in November and closes around the third week in April. However, ski season here in Colorado can last as long as 8 or 9 months depending on the snow that Mother Nature delivers to us each year. Two nearby resorts, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland, usually open in October and close in May or June (and sometimes in July if the snow has been really plentiful). With our really low "shoulder season" rates in October, April, and May, our condo can be a very affordable home base for the ski family that just can't get enough!

No need for a car once you're here...walk to pretty much everything in town! Numerous companies provide shuttle service to/from Denver Intl Airport, like Colorado Mountain Express (800-525-6363). Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides complimentary bus transportation around town. Summit Stage provides free bus transportation from Breckenridge to other locations in Summit County, including Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts, Frisco, Dillon, and the Outlet Shops at Silverthorne.
