We’re not a hotel chain or big corporation…just a family whose dream was always to own property in the mountains. We love Breckenridge because it’s a real town with a real history dating back to 1859, much of which has been carefully preserved in Colorado’s largest historic district. The skiing is fabulous, but the summers have kept us coming back since 1999. You CANNOT get bored here: outside of the amazing array of winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-county skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice climbing, sleigh riding), there’s a dizzying array of 3-season outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, white water rafting, kayaking, ballooning, swimming, running, tennis…pretty much something for everyone! Our condo is a great, peaceful escape for our family, and we’re anxious to share it with you on your next mountain vacation!

We really enjoyed this unit. Everything we needed and more. Great location with Everything in walking distance. We also enjoyed the great views from the balcony. The process to rent was easy and smooth as well. We will be back.

Great Stay in Breckenridge in the Perfect Condo

My husband and I loved the Condo. Beautifully decorated with everything you needed. The views were absolutely amazing. The snow capped mountains were great. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breckenridge is a great town with wonderful things to do and great restaurants. Mia Casa is right across the street and has great Mexican food and Kenosh was our favorite, especially sitting outside on the back porch. You can go to so many places on the Summit Stage Bus System. We really enjoyed taking the bus to the A-Basin, having lunch and watching the snowboarders and skiers. Joe and Kari were wonderful with anything we needed. You cannot get any better than this!

We love to walk around Breckenridge since the condo is smack dab in the middle of downtown, but it’s nice to have free transportation across the county, including Breck “Free Ride” and Summit Stage busses. We’re glad you were able to enjoy one of the many outdoor dining areas in town, also. Nothing beats sitting outside on a warm day soaking up the sunshine and the views!

Great location for the inexperienced skier or the professional. The unit was well stocked and the owner was very helpful in meeting our needs and questions. I loved waking up to the beautiful view and walking a short distance to be first on the lift.

Owner's Response: There is a reason the Breck Ski and Ride School has a location right here in the complex. The runs directly underneath our lift (the Quicksilver Lift) happen to be among the easiest on the mountain...perfect for beginners. On the other hand, the lifts at the bases of Peaks 7 and 8 do NOT service any beginner terrain. Never fear, though...advanced skiers and riders looking for more of a challenge can connect to the entire mountain from the top of our Quicksilver Lift...all without ever having to remove your skis!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location. The condo is nicely furnished, well maintained, ski-in/ski-out and close proximity (across the street) to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. What more can you ask for! We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Breckenridge. Thank you again, Joe. We enjoyed our stay.

No need for a car once you're here...walk to pretty much everything in town! Numerous companies provide shuttle service to/from Denver Intl Airport, like Colorado Mountain Express (800-525-6363). Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides complimentary bus transportation around town. Summit Stage provides free bus transportation from Breckenridge to other locations in Summit County, including Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts, Frisco, Dillon, and the Outlet Shops at Silverthorne.
