Three bedrooms lead on to outside balconies allowing guests to fully enjoy the fabulous views to the front and rear of the property.

The country style kitchen is fitted with a large central island, range cooker and walk in larder making it a chefs dream.

For walkers and cyclists there are woods, countryside and cycle tracks literally outside the front door.

The Old Village is a 3 minute drive away and the beach a further 2 minutes.

The house is situated in a very quiet road, with no through traffic, making for a peaceful and very safe environment From the rear garden you can access America Woods. You can walk into Shanklin town via the old railway line. If you fancy a slightly longer walk, then continue to the holiday park and proceed to the beach, where the children will love the adventure park and crazy golf. If you can grab a few moments, the seaside cafe/restaurants are lovely .

We had a super week at this fab house! We pulled up & couldnt believe this was ours for the week! Even the sainsburys Delivery guy was jealous!

The furnishings are top quality, we absolutely fell in love with the velvet sofas! The cinema screen was amazing, my brother & brother in law even looked at purchasing one when we came home! It was hard to actually leave the house & venture out!

The chip & put was a great added feature, my daughter played it rain or shine and now wants to join a golf club!

We were short on a few towels in the family rooms, but we managed and didn't want to bother anyone..

Great communication with the owners!

We will definitely be back!

Thank you

Amazing house, excellent stay

From the moment we pulled into the drive we knew this place was special. We stayed from

In March as a family of 11 and had a wonderful time. Within close distance of the beach and local shops it's a great location, we felt guilty to have spent so much time relaxing in the cinema room which we weren't expecting to be quite so impressive as it was!! With 2 sitting areas and all the games, all the children were kept entertained whilst we made the most of the kitchen and bar. It was great that when we got the children to bed (after a movie in the cinema!) we had a great area to relax and enjoy, a real novelty having a bar. The rooms were great and well equipped. Every room is en suite, the linens were all of a fantastic quality and the finishing touches really made the place feel special. The bath in the master room made us feel like we were in a posh hotel! The garden was large and had a really great balcony over looking it all. We will definatley be back. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.
