The house is situated in a very quiet road, with no through traffic, making for a peaceful and very safe environment From the rear garden you can access America Woods. You can walk into Shanklin town via the old railway line. If you fancy a slightly longer walk, then continue to the holiday park and proceed to the beach, where the children will love the adventure park and crazy golf. If you can grab a few moments, the seaside cafe/restaurants are lovely .

What a fantastic house!!

  • 5 of 5

From start to finish the whole process was so easy with the owners keeping me fully updated right up to our weekends stay even recommending restaurants for us.

The house had so many facilities that it meant the whole family from grandma to grandkids were fully occupied all weekend.

Definitely coming back!!

Our first trip to the IOW (although my daughter's family have been many times) and what a fabulous house for the seven of us to enjoy. A great position near to Shanklin and wonderful facilities for us all to enjoy. My only reservations were lack of instructions on how things work in some areas (in my view this should all be in one folder) and the cleanliness particularly in the kitchen was not up to the standard I would expect for such a house.(E.G. the light shades above food preparation area were thick with dust and the pots and cutlery needed washing before use)

Lovely stay

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here for three nights. My family from US and Australia joined us and we had a lovely time exploring the island. Steve was very helpful when we needed some support during the stay.

Lovely house and great situation

  • 4 of 5

Lovely house for a weekend party with family. Masses of space, comfy bedrooms, well equipped - the cinema screen particularly enjoyed by all! Little bit tired in places and a few cobwebs - but didn't marr our enjoyment.

Fantastic Home in a Great Location

  • 5 of 5

I spent the half term week at this lovely home with my wife, 2 children, wife's parents and brother in law. It was a fantastic location, just 5 mins drive to Shanklin and it's wealth of restaurants, beach and Chine. The house was the perfect retreat after a long day visiting the various tourist sights. I would recommend this home with no hesitation, we had a great week.
