Newly renovated home in quiet neighborhood with large fenced double lot. Two bedrooms, each with queen bed and full(double)-sized trundle. Big-screen (65') flat-screen TV with surround sound and FIOS channels. Screened patio. Broadband WiFi. Linens and starter supplies (e.g., TP, dishsoap) provided.
NOTE: Owner's on-site manager lives in attached mother-in-law unit with separate private entrance through separately fenced yard. Laundry facilities are located in a separately locked laundry room shared with manager.
We had a fabulous month staying at this house! Really spacious and airy. The beds are SOOOO comfortable. We had our son, daughter in law, and 2 year old granddaughter visit with us for about 10 days, and having the fenced in back yard was perfect for her to play safely. Centrally located to all conveniences! Big beach within walking distance right across the bridge. Very quiet neighborhood, and having John (the onsite manager) so close is very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
This newly renovated home was the ideal choice for anyone wishing to be near shopping, Sarasota Key, and privacy. The modern kitchen with high-end appliances, the "newness" of home's contents and the convenience of an on-site manager contributed to a perfect vacation. As a dog owner, the fenced yard was an additional welcome convenience.
Walking distance to the world-famous white-sand Siesta Key Beach, named #1 beach in the U.S by 'Dr. Beach.' Centrally located and close to St. Armand's Circle, downtown Sarasota, Myakka River State Park (alligator watching), Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, and Ed Smith Stadium, spring-training home of the Baltimore Orioles.
