This is gorgeous and elegant home with an amazing view of the canyon throughout the entire house. This home has a custom kitchen with a large island and plenty of space to entertain. There is a Sub-zero refrigerator as well as a Miele steam oven and espresso/coffee maker. This house also contains a Culligan water softener system. Large living room with vaulted ceilings & wood stove. Separate master suite w an additional room attached containing two twin beds. Two guest bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill bath. Powder room for guests. Tons of storage. Wi-fi available. Can sleep 8 people comfortably. A/C. Professionally landscaped yard with automatic sprinklers & drip system. There are two off street parking places. There is a large patio with two seating areas and a propane gas grill. Come and enjoy!
I enjoy northern New Mexico. I feel we have the best four seasons in the country. This allows outdoor activities year round. When someone wants to experience the southwest, northern New Mexico should be the first stop. My property manager, Zach, and I have put in many hours to make sure guest have a great experience.

The house offers built in water softener, beautyrest black mattress (top of the line mattress from beautyrest). Miele appliances, big screen TV with a very high end sound system including Onkyo receiver and paradigm speakers. Many renters have mentioned the furniture is to nice for a rental, I have found the renters that visit Los Alamos are the most respectable people you can meet and they treat the place like there own.
Close to the Valle Caldera, Ghost Ranch, Ojo Caliente, Bandelier Nat'l Park, Bradbury museum, Los Alamos Historical Museum and Fuller Lodge.
My family stayed in this home for about 9 weeks. The home was immaculate and well-cared for. The property manager and owner were attentive to all of our needs. The refrigerator was having some problems, and they replaced the refrigerator. Gardeners came regularly to take care of the lawn and flowers (but were never in our way). Gorgeous kitchen with more gadgets, cookware, etc. than you can imagine. Wonderful coffee options (we still miss the coffee makers and kitchen). Wonderfully comfortable bedding. Master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms had incredible views of the canyon. We used to like to sit outside and watch all the birds come to the bird feeders and birdhouses. The backyard was a great place to watch the sun set. We very much enjoyed our stay in this home and would recommend it to anyone (although perhaps not to those with curious toddlers who might venture off near the canyon).
Great stay. Owners rep Brianna couldn't have been more accommodating. Super location 12 minutes walk from the new Smiths store for lattes etc Beautiful view of the canyon. Fenced yard for our 2 dogs. 3 minutes to a canyon trailhead. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable.
This 70s built 3 bedroom' property has a spectacular view of Pueblo Canyon. Despite it's eclectic mix, we found the property not to our liking. It badly needed “deep cleaning." Ample storage touted was jam packed with an accumulation of items giving an impression of "hoarding." Landscape may have been originally designed by a professional, but was poorly maintained. No receipt, no written rental agreement, no invoice after departure. Evidence was provided to owner on suggestions for improvement. Other strong points are location, kitchen, living room and patio area. Manager was receptive to recommendations. Overall this property gave us an impression of being 'worn' falling short of its VRBO description.. Implementation of our recommendations will enhance future guest enjoyment. We departed 3 days early. No response to our suggestions and recommendations. We received a check for approximately 42% of the rent paid for the 3 days we did not use the home. (mailed with no invoice.)
This home exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The host was more than accommodating. We came for our daughters wedding, and wanted to be able to visit with families in a setting other than hotel lobby/rooms, and this place afforded the opportunity to prepare meals, do some wedding food prep, and just sit and visit in spacious living area! Everyone that came was awed by the awesome view and beautiful accommodations, and surprised at how many interesting things there were to do in the area! A special favorite to a few was the built in Espresso machine! THANK YOU!
The home was PERFECT for our needs. We were visiting family in Los Alamos. 2 families live in White Rock and had more family coming in from IL, so needed space.
This place was PERFCT for our needs. Sufficient room for all (privacy and companionship). Kitchen was extremely WELL equipped and functional. The beds were super comfy and there was GREAT water pressure. The yard was great for kids to run around in (little ones had supervision due to the steep drop off - there's a fence, but still. . . Los Alamos is built on plateaus with STEEP drops - oversight of little ones is necessary).
GREAT neighborhood. Quiet, friendly, and very close to downtown Los Alamos. We walked from the house to the Bradbury museum and the other historic sites.
The property manager was extremely friendly and walked us through the house to teach us how to use the various items of equipment as well as providing emergency contact information.
If/When we return to Los Alamos, we will try to rent this property again.
Visit the Bandelier National Monument, Valle Caldera National Preserve in the Jemez Mountains, Toas or Santa Fe nearby. Skiing is 15 minutes away at Parjarito, river rafting the Chama or Rio Grand is nearby.
