Spacious 4th floor apartment in a stylish 5 storey building with tall ceilings on the residential portion of Blvd Marinoni, close to the beach Petit Africe. This self-catering apartment has 1 large master bedroom, large living/dining room, bathroom, separate WC, and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The bedroom and kitchen have direct access to a large rear balcony which has majestic views of the great houses of Beaulieu and the corniche. The main living/dining room have direct access to the a full width balcony with beautiful views of Beaulieu Harbour, the coast to Monaco and the over to Cap Ferrat just a 15 minutes walk away. It is centrally located (easy level walk) near all the shops, restaurants, market square and daily market. The apartment has been carefully furnished in modern styles and designs and benefits from excellent natural ventilation thanks to being high up and the fact that veranda doors can be opened front and back to give cooling breeze if needed.
Beach chairs, parasols etc: In the basement is a 'Cave' which has beach chairs / parasols and others similar items.
We spent two great weeks in this apartment in July. It is very airy and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. It is also very central, just a few minutes walk from the shops at Villefranche and the beach. Bernice, the owner, could not have been nicer, she was extremely helpful with all the arrangements. A highly recommended apartment!
We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and were really sad to leave. The apartment has so much french character was clean and really well presented. It is situated in the heart of Beaulieu sur Mer near all amenities, it is on the 4th floor which isn't a problem as there is a lift in the building and because of this you have wonderful views.
The owners were very helpful and there were no hiccups getting keys and leaving, they gave a telephone number of a friend who lives nearby who if needed will help with anything.
The apartment has a lovely homely feel is very clean and with wonderful views to the back over the harbour and around the coast, as we stayed in February we had a few windy days and the sea view was so dramatic with all the large waves and on sunny days a beautiful calm blue sea, the balcony is also a sun trap, yes even in February I got a suntan ;) if however you dislike the sun there is an awning connected to the balcony that can be used for shade.
There is no need for a car in this location, although there is parking on the streets outside. To the front of the apartment there is another balcony that overlooks a quiet street where you can watch the world go by below. The kitchen is a great size with everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment is 5 minute walk to 2 lovely beaches and 2 minutes from shops, restaurants and cafes that are in abundance on your doorstep, the apartment location is still in a peaceful area.
I thoroughly recommend this location there is so much to do and see and hopefully look forward to returning in the future.
The apartment is located near the centre of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, one of the most beautiful towns in the Cote D'Azur. Located between Nice and Monaco, Beaulieu was initially built by the Victorians because of its wonderful micro climate and beautiful coastline. Lord Salisbury was the Prime Minister y in the 1890s and spent long durations in Beaulieu, as did Gustaf Eifel and Gordon Bennett and it was during this era that the magnificent Belle Epoque building were erected.. Beaulieu has a daily market in the town square, gourmet shops, fine restaurants, fashion, museum and galleries. It is a child friendly area with playgrounds nearby and two lovely beaches. It is the perfect location to explore places: Monaco (Monte Carlo) or Nice are less than 10 minutes away on the excellent and scenic coastal train. Beaulieu has magnificent walks – none nicer that the 30 minutes stroll along the coast, past David Niven’s house and on to St.Jean Cap Ferrat. few minutes away. This is a dream.
