House in an peaceful area, 120 m2 Swimmingpool area, with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a WC, dressing room, balcony, saloon, dinning room, saloon, 3 terraces, pantry, laundry room, kitchen, 2 garages, everything has 365 square meters, the house is fully equiped and free wifi area for internet access.

The distribution is: on the main floor there is the hall, the dinning room, the kitchen, a WC, the saloon, the pantry and laundry room; on the upper floor, all bedrooms have their own bathroom for everyone and wardrobes with linen and towells.

Outside has 210.000 square meters and more land with private free field access for walking, enogh to get lost. The finca also has two garages for 2 cars, swimming pool (9,5*4,5 m), solarium with 2 (3*3 meters) sun umbrellas and 7 sunbeds, shower,2 terraces with chairs, porch with table and chairs, barbecue place & garden.

It's important to to say that there is an employee (paid by the property) that will take care about the outdoor and any emergency that can came up.

Country idyl set in its own beautiful landscape

Fabulous house with superb views over the South Eastern hills. The house is modern with excellent facilities and a decent sized pool (a bit cold for swimming in November). We walked the extensive Finca and used the house as a base for cycling across the Northern mountains. Juan and Pablo are fantastic and very helpful in case of any problems. Renters just need to be aware that October to January is the hunting season so there are occasional early morning shooting parties.

Petit paradis

Magnifique endroit, belle villa majorquine avec de beaux volumes, ainsi qu'un bel aménagement dans chaque pièce. La terrasse du 1er étage nous a permis de nous extasier devant un splendide paysage et la grande piscine est génial.

Merci Juan pour tout, ta serviabilité, ta gentillesse, ta générosité et beaucoup d'autres qualités. Une chose est sûre - Juan et sa famille savent recevoir leurs hôtes. Ces quelques jours passés dans ce lieu nous ont permis de nous ressourcer. Et nous y retournerons dès qu'on en aura la possibilité.

Like a visit to a nature reserve - peaceful and with visits of wild hares, tortoises, frogs, butterflies, etc. And an amazing beach close by along with a fabulous restaurant in a neighbouring village. No noise or light pollution - check out the stars at night! Muchas gracias a todos. See you again soon, we hope!

Relaxing stay, gorgeous house

As the title already says we (4 people from 26 to 34 including one couple) had a relaxing stay of one week in this gorgeus house.

The object is located in an area of nearly no traffic and without neighbors and therefor the only noise you will be hearing is nature (including sheep and a donkey). If you want to calm down and get away from city trouble this is the right adress.

The house is situated on a very large parcel of land that allows long walks withoug hitting any fences, neighbours or streets. According to that you have a great view of forrests all around you with mountains as your horizon.

After a walk you can enjoy the pool which is pretty big for a private pool (depth about 1,3m declining to 2m and perfectly clean and with the right amount of chlorine. There also are some stairs if you don't want to swim but only cool your feet or sit in the water. The pool has two lights that can be turned on manually.

The house itself is also very clean and in a good condition. It is supplied generously (dishes, pans, etc.) and has all the devices you need: coffee machines, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There are three bedrooms on the first floor (two beds each) and all of them have a bathroom en suite. On the ground floor you have the kitchen, a living room, a dining room and an additional toilet. The outside light is mostly automated (but can be overruled manually) which puts the garden in a nice light as it gets darker. There are various seating accommodations inside the house, outside on the terraces and next to the pool. WiFi is available in all rooms and on the terraces decently and still satisfactory at the pool area.

Having a car is absolutely necessary. You can park in the front of the house without any problem as there is a garage and a car port and space for a few more cars. The house is reached via a private street.

The renter is not only flexible and cooperative through the whole booking process but also very nice and friendly. He provided good information even before we arrived and took lots of time to show us the house and mark some spots on a map (beaches, restaurants, sights, etc.). Any requests and questions we had where replied via WhatsApp in no time. Great and pleasant contact!

All in all staying here is great and we can only recommend giving it a shot!
