There is a recliner for relaxing inside, and a cafe table set for 2, for your morning coffee outside. The backyard is a serene and breezy spot, tucked right behind several places to walk to, such as ice cream, liquor store, supermarket, pharmacy, and of course, the beach! Great for a weekend getaway for two, wedding guests, and people who want to spend a week at the beach for a price that they can afford. There is designated parking in the large paverstone driveway and a hammock for your enjoyment. Please know it is a lower level, meaning there will likely be people walking above you, and the windows are new, but basement size (3 windows) and a screen on the door for fresh breezes and ample light.
