The entrance terrace is facing the valley where one can enjoy a chilled glass of wine, the living room has a balcony with a view of the large garden and the valley below, the fully equipped kitchen has an ancient big wood-burning fireplace dating back to 1580’s with dishwasher, large fridge, and everything you will need for cooking great Italian meals. There is a dining table for up to 6 inside, as well as a table for dining in the garden.
Outside, in the summer, you will find a lovely lawn with a refreshing ancient fountain and a dining table under the covered veranda with stunning view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian Countryside for refreshing and relaxing holidays of mind, body and spirit.
The house has 3 bedrooms. The living room has two comfortable sofas in classic white, three colour floor tiles, and an ancient fireplace form the 1570’s behind the kitchen for spring and fall evenings. In total, there are 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There is 1 full bathrooms with bathtub/showers, a powder room, a practical and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and stove, and a dining table, large enough to hold 6 comfortably, and an extra with a squeeze. Outdoors, there is a barbecue, a walled garden, a covered dining terrace and sun beds. Though you are within the medieval village, all is very private and with views of the rolling hills of the Umbrian Countryside.
Upon special request a mezzanine can be made available if needed for 2 extra guest with one double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette a living room area
with a breakfast table at an extra fee.
