Inspiring views of rolling hills of the valley below of beautiful Umbria. Perched on the side of the village. The entrance terrace is facing the valley where one can enjoy a chilled glass of wine, the living room has a balcony with a view of the large garden and the valley below, the fully equipped kitchen has an ancient big wood-burning fireplace dating back to 1580’s with dishwasher, large fridge, and everything you will need for cooking great Italian meals. There is a dining table for up to 6 inside, as well as a table for dining in the garden.
Outside, in the summer, you will find a lovely little lawn with a refreshing ancient fountain and a dining table under the covered veranda with stunning view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian Countryside for refreshing and relaxing holiday of mind, body and spirit.
The house has 3 bedrooms. The living room has two comfortable sofas in classic white, three colour floor tiles, and a fireplace behind in the kitchen for spring and fall evenings. In total, there are 2 Queen beds, and 1 single bed. There is 1full bathrooms with bathtub/showers, a powder room, a practical and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and stove, and a dining table, large enough to hold 6 comfortably, and an extra with a squeeze. Outdoors, there is a barbecue, a walled garden, a covered dining terrace and sun beds. Though you are within the medieval village, all is very private, with views of the rolling hills of the Umbrian Countryside.
A mezzanine can be made available if needed for 2 guest with one double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette a setting area
with a breakfast table at an extra fee. Please contact me.
Upon special request there is the possibility of an extra rustic mezzanine in the upper floor with a sitting area, a double bed, a bathroom with shower, with its own little kitchenette at an additional charge.
