Vallia Villa is built in the middle of a 2000sq.m. lawned garden with colourful flowers and olive trees. Around the 40sq.m swimming pool there are sunbeds where you can seat and enjoy the hot summer sun. In the garden you will find a barbecue, where you can cook delicious meals. The balcony and the terrace are furnished with outdoor sets and are ideal places to take your breakfast, drink a refreshment or eat your meal overlooking the pool, the green garden and the blue Cretan sea.
The one storey villa is 110sq.m. The entrance door opens to a cosy living room with a fireplace and a sunlit dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from this room with a bar. The three bedrooms – one double, one twin and one single - and the two bathrooms open onto a hallway. The master bedroom has a French door that opens to a private, covered balcony. The villa also has a storeroom, where the washing machine is found.
Villa Vallia is a new built villa situated in Galatas area, just 6km away from the picturesque city of Chania, 300m from the centre of the village and 1km from the sandy beach of Kalamaki. The villa is beautiful decorated and has private pool and fenced garden. The national road that links the west with the east part of Crete is only 150m away from the villa, making it a perfect starting point for excursions to the whole island.

Situated 6 kilometres away from Chania, at the West, Galatas is a tourist village 2 kilometres far from the sea, just off the National Road to Kissamos (Kastelli), with 2.120 permanent residents. The area is mainly agricultural and the village has seen quite a development in tourism in the past few years and buildings now go all the way down to the coast.
The famous little port of Kato Galatas, mentioned so many times in the songs of the famous Greek composer, Mikis Theodorakis, is also here. Galatas is also his home town. One kilometre away and ninety meters higher uphill is the historical village of Pano Galatas. Galatas was built in 961 AD by Byzantine families on the ruins of ancient residences. Because of its strategic site, Galatas was always the scene of battles against would-be conquerors. In the historic 1941 Battle of Crete, during World War II, the resistance at Galatas played a very important role by holding out for a whole week before defeat

The prices refer to the villa itself and not to each person individually. They include all the facilities described in the advertisement, such as the cleaning service, the usage of air-condition and pool etc.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance can be paid at your arrival at the villa. Security deposit for damages is not demanded.
