About the property


Beautiful and luxurious two-bedroom house with parquet floor and bathroom included for each room. Living-dining room with sofa bed and Tv 42 ". We have Internet, Satellite TV and heating throughout the house. Very complete kitchen (fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, all kinds of food spices and all accessories tableware). indoor barbecue, 80m2 terrace with table and umbrella, a heavenly place very well groomed overlooking the well kept garden 200m2. Private car park. The house is fully fenced and private, will be rented only for you.

We are 2.5 km of natural beaches or two minutes in quiet.

Very complete and well decorated cottage. Attention to detail, which only have to make a purchase of food as everything else we offer it in the price of the stay.

We are available 24 hours a day in case they were needed our help, we will inform and help them in whatever they need.

All rooms are comfortably prepared and complete with most of the cozy and decorative intentions necessary. Very important is cleanliness and good order. Secondary bedroom, two single beds, also wooden floor (parquet) with wardrobe, bathroom very well decorated bathroom, plasma TV and heater. In the living-dining room with sofa bed for two people, facing a very nice home stove and TV 42 'plasma TV and Wifi Tv whole house. Very complete kitchen with all the necessary and new appliances. Indoor barbecue and garden beautiful. The house has a crib or child bed if desired.

The rural-farm Socfal house is a traditional house, north of Tenerife, where you can find peace with the best possible comodidas, near tourist sites and rural interest. Also if you want you can direct and guide on the best places to visit during your stay. It is a renovated house that has great space for different leisure activities. It is located just outside the town of San Juan de la Rambla, a few meters you will find services such as famarcia, bank, bars and restaurants, convenience stores, etc.

Peaceful and Private while living with the Locals

This property gave us the essential ingredients we were looking for: North-Island location, detached, quiet position and private garden. Set at the edge of the village of San Jose surrounded by agricultural terraces still farmed by local residents, the area had an authentic country feel with a notable absence of touristic features. This character extended down to the coastal village of San Juan. The property has been furnished in a traditional style while containing modern facilities and is spacious. Our stay was enhanced by the attention we received from the owner who was able to advise on walking routes locally and be only ten minutes away should any problem occur.

Finca mit Flair

Das Haus von Damian hält, was er verspricht. Die große Wohnküche ist mit Liebe und Stil eingerichtet, keine 08/15 Wohnung. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt, die großen Esstische drinnen und draußen laden zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten wie Essen oder Spielen ein. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Wir waren Anfang März dort und mussten wegen der niedrigen Temperatur (18°c) den Kamin anmachen, der leider für den großen Raum nicht ausreichend Wärme spendet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer - ideal für zwei Paare oder eine Familie mit etwas größeren Kindern - sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Betten gut. Der kleine Garten ist ausreichend, um dort etwas Sport zu treiben oder zu relaxen. Die Lage des Hauses am Ortseingang von San Jose ist angenehm, da man die große Küstenstraße nicht hört. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und hinter dem Haus sieht man den Teide. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Nordwesten und Nordosten, den Teide sowie nach Puerto de la Cruz, doch auch der Süden ist schnell erreichbar.

Der Vermieter hatte uns für den ersten Tag Abendbrot eingekauft, da die Supermärkte bereits zu waren bei unserer Ankunft. Am letzten Tag brachte er eine leckere Paella vorbei und hilft einem auch bei allen Fragen, die auftauchen.

Comfortable, clean and peaceful property.

Really enjoyed our stay here for 8 days. Had pretty much all we required, although a kettle would have been useful! The finca was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. We had private, secure parking and a great private garden with big patio to enjoy. Bed was nice and comfortable too - cotton sheets would be good though as it gets hot in the night. Good WiFi. Handy little market and pharmacy a few minutes walk away. Plenty of large markets in Icod a few miles away.

Overall a great location, and if ever in Tenerife would book again. Damian (the owner) is a pleasant host, there if you need him but not intrusive. 😊

Very welcoming

We were very pleased to have found this small but well-appointed casa in the mountainous area of Northern Tenerife. Damian and Candy went out of their way to make sure that our stay was a comfortable one, making us feel at home and among friends. We appreciated having access to a variety of herbs and spices, as well as other basic cooking ingredients (the local fish was wonderful!). The basket of fresh avocado and lemons was also much appreciated. We encourage Damian to include an electric kettle for his Canadian and British guests!

We recommend this location to any who prefer privacy and a feeling of home, rather than built-up and touristy resorts.

Rustikales Landhaus

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön und liebevoll angelegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist vollständig - mehr als ausreichend Besteck und Töpfe/Pfannen. Das Internet funktionierte gut und zuverlässig.

Was man aber wissen muss ist, dass einige der Fensterdurchbrüche eben keine Fenster haben, also keine Glasscheiben. Werden dort die Fensterläden geöffnet, dann herrscht freier Durchzug ;-).

Das war jetzt nicht weiter tragisch - es war ja immer warm genug - und hat mich daher auch nicht von einer positiven Bewertung abgehalten, aber wissen sollte man es schon.

Wie schon gesagt haben wir (unsere knapp 3jährige Tochter, meine Frau und ich) den Urlaub dort trotzdem sehr genossen und ich halte die Unterkunft für alle Urlauber, die es rustikal und Garten mögen für sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine wahre Wohlfühloase

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, der Garten sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Damian ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der seine Gäste mit Früchten, Wein und Paella verwöhnt. Für Fans der Nordküste Teneriffas ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert.
