Quick Stay in Anchorage
This apartment worked out great for us. It was as listed. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to base our quick visit around Anchorage from this place. Check-in and out was very efficient. Easy access in and out. Parking was right out at the end of the building. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

We couldn’t have been happier with the apartment and with Caura! The place is perfect for two people; we were so comfortable there. Big plus that there is a washer and dryer too. Caura was so responsive and so helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect!

I’ve lived in Anchorage since 2006. I moved here from the East coast because I love living near the mountains and outdoors. I recently spent 3 years living in South Africa, but now I’m back in the frozen North.

Why they chose this property

I love the location and neighborhood of this triplex. It’s not too large but the apartments are all spacious. I really like the access to the Campbell Creek greenbelt. It’s made for some great running in the early mornings.

What makes this property unique

I live on-site and really love the area. The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to stores and downtown. The greenbelt one block away is nice for evening walks or morning runs. I've put a lot of time and attention into remodeling all of the units because I want them to be nice places to stay.
