Located in the very center of the village and over the sailing port, the 160 sq meter penthouse was built bearing in mind its privileged views and situation, so the common areas such as the terrace, living room and kitchen are on the first sea line.

50-sq. meter terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Fully equipped: Internet, A/C in all rooms, washing machine.

The penthouse is only at 2 km. to the amazing coves beaches at Mondrago´s natural park.

Booking notes: The prices include electricity and water and lingerie. Taxes included except Ecotax ( 1,5€ x day and person over 16) A deposit of 20% is required to confirm booking, balance due 60 days before arrival.

beautiful apartment with stunning views

the apartment is lovely. Very clean with all amenities we required. The balcony is stunning with glorious views of the harbour, the street below and the sea. The overall location is excellent too. Very close to the restaurants in Porto Petro. Only slight problem is parking which is quite a challenge. We were staying late May and early June. It must be even worse in high season. Overall, its excellent.

Fantastic apartment, very spacious with wonderful views of the port.

Marian and her Dad are great hosts they made our week with them wonderful, the view from the apartment is wonderful and so pleasant when sitting out with a glass of wine on an evening, the restaurants are less than four minutes from the apartment and we can say all served great food. The few occasions we eat in it was such a pleasure cooking as the apartment lacked nothing.

All both my wife & I can say is thank you Marian for such wonderful apartment.

This apartment takes some beating

The pictures do not do justice to the view from the huge balcony. Stunning views. Very quiet and peaceful location with sufficient eateries should you choose to eat out or supermarkets a short walk either side of the apartment. The apartment was clean, tidy and wanted for nothing. A very pleasant relaxing stay and I would not hesitate to book again.
