Well maintained rental

We enjoyed our stay at the Lowell property. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our food and they even had some items not often found in a rental (like spices, coffee filters, paper products, and more). They even provided a bag of coffee to get us started. Linens for beds and bath were top quality and rather new, so the sheets and towels were a pleasure to use. Overall, we enjoyed the rental for the 5 days we spent in Park City.

Park City Perfection

The house is incredibly comfortable and in such a great location. Amazing views of the valley greeted us each morning. Great space in the common areas (kitchen, dining and living rooms) for us to spread out and be comfortable in. I look forward to staying there again. It made my trip to Park City all the better.

Great house w/ stocked kitchen, but construction prevented access

We had a great stay at the house and everything went smoothly, except for our internet access, and our ability to access the house through Lowell Avenue, which was under major construction and prevented us from accessing the house for large portions of days. If there was no construction, and internet access was easier to setup, I would have given 5 stars.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments. We've updated our internet instructions based on your feedback. The City had promised us that the road construction wouldn't block our driveway during your stay, but that unfortunately turned out not to be the case. Luckily the construction will be done before ski season.

Great Condo & Location Can't be Beat

The condo was great. Every year my staff and I come out for the big Outdoor Retailer event in Salt Lake and then stay in Park City to get away to unwind. It's too bad the even is moving to Denver. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Park City.

Great location

The house was a short 5 minute walk to the PayDay lift and base area and a bit of a longer (but enjoyable) walk to Main Street Park City. Our group of two families had plenty of room and the house was well appointed. Jennette and her property manager were great to work with and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We're already planning our next trip back to Park City!

Excellent location, well stocked home

We had an excellent stay! It was a really lovely spacious home. 12 of us stayed comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a few meals. The walk to the base lodge is less than a quarter of a mile....easy walk down... a little tougher back up at the end of a long ski day. The owners were easily contacted before our stay and were very accommodating. Overall, it was just great!

Why Jennette Shay chose Old Town

We purchased this property as a mountain retreat for our Southern California family. We try to bring our entire family together several times a year. We love the outdoors, good restaurants, and active sports. With grandparents, working parents, and teenage and young grandchildren, it was getting harder and harder to find places where we could all comfortably gather. Then we found 1157 Lowell Ave in Park City.

It is a peaceful property with a great room where we can all gather. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for feeding our large group. The 4 bedrooms and a loft give everyone the private space they also need.

We loved the location- the back of the property is nestled into the mountain. The front balcony over looks the beautiful Park City valley.

What makes this townhome unique

Easy access to Park City Mountain Resort- just a 5 minute walk. Large great room with beautiful views of the Park City valley. Open kitchen and dining area. Four bedrooms + a loft means our whole family can fit. Hot tub and wood burning fire place.
