Executive Three bedroom home over three levels with Fantastic City & River Views.

On the Top Level is a spacious living area with lounge seating for at least five people and a dining table for six. Ceiling fans and ducted Air Conditioning. Timber floors throughout and open plan kitchen with everything you need including a large pantry, gas cooktop and dishwasher. In the separate dining area there is a large eight seater dining table and four seater bar. Balcony off the living area with outdoor setting to relax and take in the view and another balcony off the rear of the living area. Screens on all windows and doors. Free Wifi is included.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed, study desk, ensuite with his and hers vanities, bidet and walk in robe. Balcony with views off the main bedroom.

On the first level is a spacious bedroom with queen bed, built in robe and study desk and the third bedroom has two single beds and built in robe. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

Full laundry with storage and washing machine and Dryer. There is lock up parking for one car (The owner stores one car in the garage) and secure off street parking for two cars.

Kimsey House is only a short walk to local restaurants, cafes, boutiques, Coles Supermarket and a variety of shops. The City Ferry is only a couple of minutes away and only a ten minute walk to Portside which offers an arrays of restaurants, shopping and a Dendy Cinema
