The tv's in the guest rooms could be be bigger. The gate to the property was kept open so we were a little worried about security.

Carpets where all dirty, sheets from the first floor smell dirty not fresh clean, stairs and carpets are really durty!!!!! Coffe mugs are so updated, not and off dishes for a big family if your traing to relax in the house, , the living room and dining room was really cute and cozy but the carpets really gross, a lot of ants inside the house by the stairs, the wave page from where I rent the house they never send me the information to go in the property and wen we arrive I tot the # they send me was from the property but it was from the community it was the building # so I call and call no one pick up at the phone # they provide me!!!! So we stay like more than and hours traing to get in touch with some one to give us any information on the property to go in, finally we talk to a young girl and she give us a phone number to call and no body pick up at the phone # she provide us, than I find the owner phone number call her like 6 times and I only get her voice mail, we start getting worry cause we have our granddaughter with us and she was existed from our long drive, my daughter star searching and I don't know how she can get to talk to another young lady and this lady she was really concern about us she was really good on keep us on the phone while she get all the information for us to go in the property 😃� finally thanks to her she tell my daughter the pass code to open the door and she stay with us in the phone until we go in the property!!!! And like 20 min later the owner of the house send me a text message apologizing for what happened and give us a free night that was really nice of her, we hope they be more organized by communicating with their guesses.
Hello, I apologize for you not receiving the arrival instructions in time. However, you should of said something prior to checkin time like a few days before checkin or even the morning of.
I just stayed in my townhouse for 2 weeks and yes the carpets had some spots on them but certainly nothing like you described. The townhouse is getting brand new carpeting and laminated flooring installed in the next few weeks, so I didn't think it necessary to shampoo the carpeting.

Vista-cay is a great place to stay
The unit we rented has dated carpet but otherwise nice unit. Had issue with very slow internet which this day and age is hard to accept. The upstairs TV I never could figure out how to connect to cable.
