Stunning stone built house 4 bedrooms en suite bathrooms large patio and garage

This historic house, distributed on two floors, is situated in the Old Town of Sóller, and within a 5 minute walk to the town square. It is has been very tastefully furnished, with modern comforts and facilities. Great care has been taken in keeping the incredible space and character also using the original picture windows and double glazing them to keep the cold or the heat out.

On entering the house, the open plan lounge and dining area, with its breathtaking space and light, meets the eye. On this ground floor is also the American kitchen, a bathroom with WC, and the garage, suited for a smaller car. In the garage is also the washing machine and dryer. The breathtaking lounge and dining area, opens on to a furnished, 90 m2 patio (yard).

Taking the stairs up, there are four very large double bedrooms, each of approx 40 m2, with nicely fitted bathrooms en suite. They are situated, with two on each side of a large hallway, and are bright and airy bedrooms (beds measuring 2 x 1,80 m), the master bedroom having a large balcony with nice views of the neighbourhood and mountains.

On this floor is also an additional, very comfortable and cozy living room with an open fire-place, for the colder season, and a pool table to have fun with.

To get to the beach is a 15-minute ride on the famous Sóller tram, or going by car, will take you approx 10 minutes.

The Sóller tennis and paddle club, with 5 clay courts and 4 paddle courts, has a lovely 25 m outdoor pool, open during high season. However, to get here, one would need a car, time approx.10 minutes ride.

Beautiful, spacious loft style living

Fantastic loft style living space with large spacious rooms.Private ad quiet with good easy access into town and public transport to the beach.

Manager was helpful with booking taxis for airport.

The property was clean, but several things needed repairs and replacing. Fan not working, lock on garden door not engaging, and the large American style refrigerator, (which is heavily advertised) was broken, I was mopping up water from it every day, which did put a sting in the holiday! A repairman was sent out quickly, but by the time parts to repair would arrive, we were leaving...I would still recommend as a great place to stay though!

Owner's Response: Thank you for writing a review. I didn´t know a fan is broken? will check on this immediately. As for the fridge, it was really unfortunate that it broke down. However, at least the property had two more, so you could keep your food and drinks cold.

Four-bedroom apartment in Soller

Beautiful, spacious 2-story apartment in Sóller: clean, recently remodeled, and comfortable. A few minutes walk takes one to the charming town center, where most of the stores and restaurants are located. The beach is just a couple of miles away, easily reachable by car or by an old-fashioned, quaint tram.

The owners and the property manager, Marion, are exceedingly nice, responsive, and accommodating.
