Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with wonderful views to the beach

Modern, 120 m2 apartment, comfortably furnished, situated right by the Repic beach and the pedestrian promenade. The apartment is particularly well suited for families with children as there is a direct access from the building to the beach.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bathroom en-suite and a large balcony.The remaining two bedrooms, one twin and one double, share a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and with balcony. The living room, with digital TV, opens on to a large, covered terrace, approx 16 m2, with fantastic views to the beach and the exceptional sunsets of the Port of Sóller.

There are excellent restaurants and shops in the immediate neighbourhood. A three minute walk away, is the tram to Sóller, a beautiful medieval town surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains. Saturday is market day, and well worth a visit.

Lovely apartment in the beautiful Port Soller

We stayed in this apartment a couple of weeks ago, we had lovely weather which no doubt increased our enjoyment of the holiday but nevertheless this is an excellent apartment in a great location. There was plenty of space for us, 4 adults and 2 children. We have stayed in Port Soller (which we love, couldn't recommend enough!) a few times before so are familiar with the area and it is probably the best accommodation we have had. The location was perfect for the children, 1 minute to the beach and a great side balcony for drying all the swim stuff. There is a new TV and DVD player which were working fine and again appreciated by the children so they could still see their favourite shows. Free wifi in the apartment was also very useful. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable for 6 people, plenty of storage and seating. It is a short walk to the nearest tram stop and a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll round to the harbour. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking was easy (certainly at this time of year) in the nearby open surface car park, 6 euros a day, although only charges 10.00-19.00 so often we paid less as out during the day. Marion was great to deal with, prompt responses to all queries and met us and showed us round the apartment at agreed time.

Comfortable and spacious & perfect location

This apartment gave us all the space and comfort we needed on our first visit to Port de Soller. It is right by the beach and we enjoyed being at this end of the bay; it's quieter than the marina end and has two good beach bars close by as well as other great restaurants within a short stroll (Bar Jules & Kingfisher were excellent). We had mixed weather unfortunately but nothing we can do about that; still managed 4 beautiful days or so of warm sunshine (just for info, by mid October, the sun never really reaches the balconies apart from very briefly mid afternoon & the sun sets out of view). No matter, we still enjoyed it immensely. Some other minor points which might help other visitors here: despite following the instructions to the letter, no one could get the old TV or DVD to work; again only of use if in doors on a wet day; the hot water tank is small so struggled to cope with 5-6 people wanting showers each evening. We managed it with short bursts of hot water and very quick showers! Overall, all minor items and we loved our stay here but just felt generally the apartment was a little old fashioned now and could do with a bit of upgrading. The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of room for 6 people, a good kitchen & lift etc and we'd love to visit again one day.

Owner's Response: Thank you for a very nice and informative review. It is true, that in the late autumn, the sun doesn´t hit this house for much time. However, it is usually still nice and warm in the air, which still gives you full use of the terrace, and its lovely views of the bay. And the beach, right below, is still sunny all day. And yes, there will be a new, modern TV for the season to come to make sure the DVD will function to full satisfaction. As for the hot water tank: in the summer it is difficult to get real cold water, and therefore we have not really been aware of the shortage of hot water when a full house. perfect location , clean and spacious apartment

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, located next to the Repic beach in Port de Soller. Everything was clean and nice, the building quiet. Many restaurants right outside. This was our second stay in the apartment and we would very much like to rent the apartment again for our next stay in Mallorca.

Superbe appartement

Very enjoyable, perfect location and very spacious

We stayed with our family including two young children. It was perfect location, we love this part of the island and this special beach area. Very helpful Marion took care of our stay and demands. We will definitely come back.

Brilliant!

The Port of Sóller is an old fishing village with a horseshoe shaped bay, a marina, and two nice beaches. One beach is along the tram line, which ends at the harbour of the port, and the other is Platja Repic, which is exclusively for beaching, sunbathing, a stroll along the promenade, and several nice restaurants and bars. The two beaches connect easily within a 5-minute stroll. The road that goes to Platja Repic, eventually ends at the Port of Sóller´s lighthouse
