SECURITY DEPOSIT, CLEANING CHARGE & VISITOR TAX (KURTAX):- A Security Deposit of €500 is payable in cash on arrival to my property manager who looks after the house and the guests. Visitor Tax (Kurtax) of €1.05 per head per night (for those over 15 years of age) is payable to Austrian authorities together with a Cleaning Charge of €150 (includes bed linen, towels and soap). Visitor Tax and the Cleaning Charge are deducted from the Security Deposit with the balance due paid to you in cash on departure.
About the owner: My wife and I and our two children live in Ireland. Having been to Zell a number of times in Winter, we decided to stay for a 3 week summer holiday (in this house) and fell in love with the place. We bought a new apartment in Zell in 2007 and have recently bought this house. Both are unusual in that they are spacious 3 bed properties right in the centre of Zell. Both are treated as our home away from home. We stay in our house or apartment at different times of the year.
