The Villa Du Grand Fleuve is located in the Hameau du Cap-Blanc near Saint-Irénée, in the heart of Charlevoix. This charming villa, of recent construction, offers a unique vacation experience, nestled between the mountains and the sea, in a region reputed for its gastronomy, music and outdoor activities. Located in the Charlevoix World Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO).
Attractive and spacious, the villa is built on three floors and surrounded by a large veranda. There are four bedrooms including one with balcony, two full bathrooms and a powder room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bright living room sharing a double-sided fireplace with a spacious dining-room. The large family room on the first floor is ideal for children activities.
The unobstructed view of the sea and shoreline is remarkable. The sound of the waves, and the wind in the trees guarantees a peaceful hide-a-way. You are a few steps from the shore of the Saint-Lawrence River where one may walk for miles during high or low tide.

A private domain, 3 kilometers by private road from the main highway, the natural beauty of Cap-Blanc, the waterfront view, the whales, the tides....
A unique blend of nature, culture, and gastronomy with world class restaurants, golf clubs, and modern concert hall just minutes away.
Last Saturday, we went to the vernissage of Martin Beaupré Make The Earth Shine. Well it is here that the earth shines, in this little corner of paradise where we would like time to stop.
In this magical place, far from the urban bustle, where nothing exists but the bewitching surf, the sweet song of the birds, the whispering wind in the tender green leaves, and the changing glints in this maritime mirror which sometimes reflects the anger in the heavens, embracing the cliffs with powerful arms, and sends dancing thousands of diamonds across the surf on a clear day.
Even if we did not have good weather this week, it is with a heavy heart that we return to the greyness of Montreal. A thousand thanks for sharing this warm and welcoming home.
A special mention for Mr. and Mrs. Duchesne who are of an unmatched kindness and warmth and with whom we take an immense pleasure when we meet year after year…
