Nice apartment

Nice apartment.great balcony, complex its self is dated,and not enough sunbeds,there is no parasol at all and the pool is not very child friendly. But in a great location near the beach and shops,but really need to get Wi-Fi

Ideal property for a great stay

Having not been to this area for approx 15 years we were intrigued to see what and if any changes had happened. Got to say that it exceeded our expectations. The surrounding area is fantastic. One main change at the property is no Main Entrance or Reception as such so bit dis-orientated on arrival on how to get into the building etc but with the help of a local managed this. The apartment was mainly as described just a couple of minor things but was dealt with by the owner so no dramas. No Wifi currently (owner did say it is due to be installed)but a resident did share a code and site she had so we had a connection although slow it worked (needed for business purposes). The restaurants and surrounding areas cover all tastes and budgets. The restaurants below the facility were great we had several meals there. The beach area is under construction but usuable but there is a further beach that we went on and the beds were 12E for two beds and the parasol. The beach bar served great food and drinks. The Royal Gardens is a nice facilty, although from our previous knowledge and the fact that the propertys were sold privately and are no longer time share there are areas within the buildling that are run down and unattended, our advice is use the entrance through the Taurus restaurant which brings you into the beautiful pool area. The Staff who do work on site work extremely hard to keep the areas clean and tidy. There are plenty of sunbeds but as we left a large number of families arrived so by mid-morning there were not a lot if no sun-beds available but no towels seemed to appear on beds until 10 am ish not the usual 6 am we have seen at other Hotels and facilitys. We travelled as a couple but saw all sizes and groups of partys in the area. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back to this facility and area in the future.

Fantastic location

We had a one week holiday as a family of four. Sofabed was well suitable for children but wouldn't be very comfortable for adults. The main bed was however the best we've ever had in Spain. The balcony has a seaview and it's very sunny. If you're a light sleeper you might want to consider having ear plugs - noise from the hallway and hotel nextdoor can be quite loud. We would totally recommend this apartment if you're travelling as a couple, it has all you need just around the corner!

Excellent!

Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. We have been to Tenerife many times, but this is the best location. The apartment was as expected from the description and pictures on the site. The balcony was even larger as expected and really sunny in the afternoon. The apartment was clean, comfortable and it had everything that you needed. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and David arranged a few additional cleaning services for us (at reasonable costs).

The pool area was nice and peaceful. There were enough sunbeds, but still a lot of sunbeds were reservered (towels dropped) early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to return here the next time.

Vacaciones fantásticas

El apartamento está muy bien situado, entre la playa de las vistas y la playa del camisón.

En la calle trasera están todas las tiendas de moda, la llamada milla de oro.

En esa calle está el hard Rock.

La piscina está muy bien, a las 09:40 abren el candado de las tumbonas de la piscina. A pesar de que no se puede reservar todo el mundo ocupa su tumbona.

Para aparcar el coche está difícil de día, hay que aparcar en otras calles. Por la noche a partir de las 23:00 suele haber sitio para aparcar.

Un apartamento para repartir.
