This was our personal home and it has been a true labor of love refining and finishing every aspect of it. We lived here for many years and then relocated to Southern NH due to work requirements. Although we spend less time here now - we still enjoy it tremendously as a perfect get-away. We hope you enjoy the same pleasures, and if you have any questions, please ask! We are constantly looking to improve the property and welcome your input!
Paul purchased this house in 2005
This is a very well maintained, thoughtfully decorated home that offers plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and time to play, read, relax or store their gear for out-door adventure. It is a perfect get-away to spend time with family or head out to the myriad of near-by activities from skiing, snowshoeing, ice-fishing and snow-mobiling to swimming, biking and kayaking.
It is so easy to enjoy a wide variety of activities from here, but staying in to relax and unwind in the comfortable media room, or by the fire pit, or taking a nature walk or hike from your front door is a fantastic option as well. Your best vacation awaits you here!
We very much enjoyed our second family gathering at this location in NH! Lot's of room for everyone!
The house was very roomy with plenty of space for our 11 people to gather , play, and relax. We were close to family oriented ski resorts. Went skiing, tubing, snow shoe hiking, and skiing again. Had lots of fun in the snow.
There was 18 of us, 10 adults and 8 kids! We went for Thanksgiving. We had a great time! The house accomadated all of us so well! There was a room that was perfect with toys galore for the children 5 and under! There was a foosball table and PlayStation 3 for the bigger kids. There were board games us adults took advantage of and even let the kids join in too! We never felt on top of each other there was room for all of us! Paul was so helpful through this whole process and believe me the patience this man has is amazing! He delt with a lot of questions and then some. Being from a large Italian family there is a lot of talking and everyone had questions! Paul thank you again for your kindness and patience! This would definitely be a home I would recommend to anyone and even use again!
Rented the house with a large group of friends for a fall hiking getaway. Only 25 minutes to North Conway which was a big plus. The house is nice for a large group of people since it has so many bedrooms. Paul was quick to respond when I had some questions/concerns.
The cabin itself was very comfortable for 14 adults with all required amenities. It was clean and well arranged. The owner - Paul was very cooperative and he even responded to my calls late night. That was very kind of him. Only issue we had with the house was the guest bathroom near the hallway. The lock was not working. But apart from that everything was good and we enjoyed the stay!
We had an amazing time! House had everything we needed and was clean. Kid friendly! Owner Paul was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house!
