Enjoy the benefits of a visit to London without the hassle and congestion of the city centre by staying in our stunning apartment set in over 10 acres of parkland.

We are located in Bromley, a traditional leafy suburb of south east London, with a vibrant town centre. An easy five minute walk leads to Sundridge Park railway station, where frequent trains take you to the centre of London in under thirty minutes. Alternatively fast trains from Bromley South Station take less than 20 minutes into central London. An inexpensive travel card covers you for the return train journey as well as allowing unlimited access to the extensive underground and bus service of central London.

Our apartment is located in Hampton Grange, a new development within the historic grounds of the grade II listed Freelands House, which dates back to the 18th Century. The centrally heated, first floor apartment is approached via a wide staircase or lift from a communal lobby. The apartment is one of only twenty two set within this newly constructed building positioned to take advantage of far reaching views over the extensive landscaped parkland. The gated development is very secure and all visitors are provided with two car parking spaces (one underground, one overground).

The apartment’s main living/dining area is tastefully furnished and provides a relaxing venue to recover from sightseeing or to enjoy a meal. The décor is modern but comfortable and compliments the honey oak floors which run throughout the apartment. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops. A comprehensive range of crockery, glass and cooking equipment is provided as well as a AEG stainless steel oven, hob and microwave for those nights you wish to dine in.

Getting to the apartment: Bromley can be easily reached by car from the airports which surround London or, if required, we can arrange a taxi cab to collect/deliver you. Alternatively the Eurotunnel terminal at Ebbsfleet is a half hour journey away with regular Eurostar trains to the continent. For those wishing to drive to London from the continent the Eurotunnel and Ferry services can be found at Folkestone and Dover, a journey of approximately one hour by car.

I grew up in West Wales where my family owned and ran caravan parks and holiday cottages. This gave me an excellent grounding in providing holiday makers with accommodation which meets their high expectations. I have been operating a successful holiday lettings business in Bromley for over four years and consider myself very privileged to have welcomed many guests from all over the world.

As long time residents of Bromley my family and I believe it offers the very best location for holiday makers to London who want to explore the city but would also like to visit the beautiful countryside of Kent and Surrey. It is a quiet location which ensures our guests get an opportunity to recharge the batteries after a long day sightseeing. Bromley has a vibrant town centre with a large shopping centre and indoor mall as well as an extensive range of bars, pubs and restaurants.

We specifically selected this apartment in Hampton Grange as we feel that it will offer our guests a unique experience. The apartment boasts two balconies off the main living area which will provide a stunning spot from which to enjoy some al-fresco dining or relaxation whilst enjoying extensive views over Hampton Grange's private parkland.

Immaculate and tastefully furnished flat in an attractive and well located modern development.

Very comfortable stay. Second time around had lost none of its charm. I loved having coffee in the morning looking out at the park as if I was deep in the country rather than in Bromley, a suburb of London. Anna left us a delicious cake and some milk in the fridge which was very thoughtful of her. The underground garage was very useful for bringing in luggage and groceries. We feel lucky to have found this flat for our holiday accommodation.

From the cake upon arrival to the fresh milk in the fridge, we felt welcome and at home during our stay at Hampton Gardens.

Our flight got in later in the evening. Anna made arrangements for us to get picked up at the airport and met us at the apartment. She knew we were coming in late so she bought us a few things for breakfast! WOW customer service!!! This is a great place to stay outside the city. It was great when we were done in town for the day to come back home to peace and quiet. Very well kept and convenient. I highly recommend and will be back again soon. Great place and service Anna!!! A wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I, along with our daughter and her infant daughter, enjoyed a wonderful stay in Bromley recently for a week in late August at this beautiful and very comfortable condo. It was our home base as we celebrated our elder daughter's wedding there and also did some sightseeing in London and the Bromley area. Mrs. Farah provided lots of helpful information by email and at the condo to help make our arrival and stay as easy and comfortable as possible and was always very responsive to any questions or requests we had. She was very accommodating to allow our elder daughter who is living in Bromley to come by early to get the keys and set up some equipment for her wee niece which was very much appreciated. And there was a delicious cake waiting for us too which was also very much appreciated! Thank you, Mrs. Farah! The condo is very bright, clean, quiet and spacious, surrounded by beautiful open grounds and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could have wanted and the washer-dryer condo was well used and so convenient. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage, comfortable beds and fresh linens. The two bathrooms were beautifully appointed and, again, well-stocked with lots of plump, clean towels and any needed supplies. We often walked to "downtown " Bromley which was very interesting and easy and allowed a good opportunity to shop and enjoy the surrounding neighbourhoods. Lots of good restaurants in the Bromley area. Trains into London from Bromley South Station to Victoria Station ran frequently and, for us, the station was just a short cab ride away. Very secure and safe building and grounds. All in all, staying at this condo was a relaxing and beautiful homebase for attending our elder daughter's wedding and sight-seeing and was very much enjoyed and appreciated by all four of us, including my wee granddaughter! We would very highly recommend Mrs. Farah's condos to others and may well return ourselves to visit the newly weds in future!

Exceptional Accommodation

I would highly recommend this property. We were lucky enough to stay there for 3 weeks in May and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The accommodation is modern and spacious and the owners have equipped it with all that you might need for a great stay. The flat is in a very impressive development, in a serene setting, yet only a short walk to the rail station and into Bromley. We were made to feel very welcome and will definitely be coming back!
