The house is composed of a kitchen / living room with a fire place and a corner divan. There is a loft with 2 single beds reached by a wooden staircase. There’s a bathroom with a shower , a hall and a double bedroom with a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, a bed-side table and a wardrobe. The house is 50 square meters.

There is also a 45 square meters veranda with table and chairs. The heating is independent and there is also a safe and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses , etc and there is an oven and a television.

The garden is about 500 square meters , is independent and surrounded by a 180cms high metal fence with a sweet scented laurel hedge. Doors and windows are all made of wood. The floors are of red brick ( cotto ) and the ceiling is of red brick and wooden chestnut beams.

There’s and internal parking area and a barbecue in the garden.

The watering system is automatic and night operated.

There’s also a coin operated washing machine to be shared by the other houses.
