This home is a beautiful end unit row home in the highly sought after Capitol Hill area. There is free off-street parking in the rear of our home for 2-3 cars which is very rare in DC.

All 3 bedrooms have a queen mattress

Living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed to sleep 2 additional persons.

You are less than a mile from Eastern Market, Union Market, Union Station, H Street Corridor (one of America best hipster neighborhoods by Forbes) and so much more. Just park your car when you check-in and leave it until it's time to go.

Over a dozen bars/restaurants within 0.4 miles.

We only ask that you refrain from loud parties. The property is a multifamily unit and Ashley and I live in the unit below. Thanks!

About Vernon Davis

I, Vernon was raised in the Hampton Roads area of VA and moved to the DC area shortly after completing my bachelors degree in EE from ODU. Go Monarchs and a Masters from George Washington University. My wife, Ashley is originally from the Philly area and a huge Eagles fan. She's currently a Nurse Practitioner with her degrees from UVA and George Washington University. We love our home, traveling when we can along with exercising, running, biking and last but not least.... our adopted dog whom we LOVE TO DEATH!!!

We're VERY easy to get along with so if you need anything please feel free to ask whether you're currently staying at our home or if you just have a few questions prior to booking.

Just perfect

We loved our stay in Capitol Hill! The house was just the right size for 6 of us, 1/2 block from a BikeShare, and only 10 blocks from the Capitol. A Whole Foods and contemporary restaurants were down on H Street, which was only 4 blocks away. The owner was super-responsive and the house was very clean and well cared for. And the parking space is a godsend. The kitchen was fully loaded with dishes/utensils/pans/pots. The only thing I would suggest is a set of shelves in the upstairs shared bathroom for toiletries and towels - an easy fix. Thanks, Vernon!

What you see it exactly what you get

Suited our small group of family and friends perfectly. Comfortable, cooled space with well-equipped kitchen, in a quiet street, within walking distance of the Mall and main sites (20 to 40 mins), and two groups of restaurants and shopping (H Street and Eastern Market). Everything worked, and the house was nice enough to sit around in on a do nothing day. Would be happy to stay here again.
