We have been happily married for 27 years. We are empty nesters who decided to buy a condo for retirement in the future. We decided to fully renovate this condo to our style, which is casual, beachy and mostly comfortable. We love it and we think you will too!

We love Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, so when the opportunity to buy came up, we jumped all over it! The building is solid and the tenants are friendly. It's close to everything.
We like the fact that the condo is in a low rise, three floor condo with access to an elevator. It has lots of free parking and a beautifully maintained property including a large, very clean pool. The condo is at the back of the building and on the top floor. So it's private, quiet and green.
Cape Canaveral is a small community with a big heart and lots to do, if you want.
I had 2 friends and I rent out this place for an internship at NASA, and it exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the place had literally everything we could have needed! The owners were very responsive, and we never needed anything from them. The location is 5 minutes from the beach and a short 20 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center. It is right off the highway so traveling to and from the city was easy. Great host, and a great stay
The condo is very clean and fully functionnal. We spent the last month and enjoyed our stay. Everything is close. There are good restaurants, beach, port, grocery store, etc. It's a quiet place to stay. The owners are responsive. We visited Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, Disney and many attractions in less than one hour. We recommand that place.
Thank your for the use of your condo. The condo was beautifully renovated with high quality appliances. Everything was "better-than-average" like Ralph Lauren sheets and pillows, sturdy silver ware, nice pots and pans, etc. I enjoy cooking, and so appreciated all that was there. The owners were very kind, and responded quickly to any questions. When we arrived, the condo was extremely clean - kudos to the cleaning crew :) The condo is appropriately decorated allowing the maximum use of counter space. The rooms are very spacious - you don't feel cramped or restricted. Practically everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again
We spent the month of February 2014 in this beautifully renovated, sunlit condo. It was all that we'd hoped for and more. Everything you could need from kitchen supplies to beach gear was available. Comfortable beds and furniture added to our enjoyment. The location was very convenient. It was an easy walk to Manatee Park, a short distance to the beach and just 50 minutes to the airport and a bit further to Disney where we had a memorable time with our granddaughter and niece. The area has something for everyone from endless beaches, good restaurants, shopping, abundant opportunities to explore nature, the port and so much more. The owners, Carolyn and Tim were great, very accommodating and responsive to all questions. We loved our time here and will be back next year.
The condo was exactly as advertised. Very quiet building with a nice pool. 3 bedrooms was a big plus! Well-equipped and very homey. It is also close to everything-stores, restaurants and beaches. There was a small park nearby for an afternoon play break. The condo was everything we hoped it would be and a wonderful break from New England winter weather. Thank you!
What we like about Cape Canaveral is that it can be a great place to relax or it can be as busy as you want it to be. There are so many amenities to choose, from the beach or the pool to enjoying dinner and a night out at the many restaurants and bars in the area.
