Queen bed in master bedroom. Bunk Beds with double on the bottom and twin on top (sleeps 3).

Pull out sofa in living room -- very comfy. Beautifully landscaped backyard, with deck, BBQ, dining table & chairs for outdoor dining. Outdoor shower. 1053 Square Feet of space.

Backyard is fully fenced in, so your children can play safely outside.

About Debra

I live in Palo Alto but grew up on the beach in Oxnard! I bought this property for a beachy getaway -- so I rent the main house and live part-time in the cottage at the rear of the property. Since I'm there so often, the house is in excellent shape, and I'll be able to give the personal touch!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This place is so sweet, literally a block and a half from the beach. The backyard is a mini paradise of green and a large table to discuss and connect. We stayed here for an offsite planning meeting and got excellent work done during the day and surfing in the evening- perfect!

Also Debra is a wonderful host, kind and clear in her communication. Can't wait to return here.

Terrific cottage near the Lane and Lighthouse Field.

We found everything in the home we needed to have a relaxing weekend in Santa Cruz. The home is charming with natural landscaping and a butterfly flitting in the garden. Within the home are comfy beds, functional kitchen and seating for relaxing with wifi or tv. We enjoyed walking on Westcliff and dining and shopping in town.

Fantastic location, very comfortable house

Just over a block from great surfing! Easy walk to the wharf and Boardwalk. The house is clean and comfortable with everything needed. Comfy beds. Lovely backyard.

Perfect place, super location

Spent a night at the Bungalow, four of us, just perfect! The place was clean, well equipped and the location, a block form the cliffs and near Steamers, wow! We'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises, it's our go to in Santa Cruz!

Fabulous Property and Location

We loved our 1 night stay here. We stayed in 4 different locations while in Santa Cruz and this one was by far our favorite. Picturesque neighborhood, two blocks from the ocean and hike and bike trail. The house itself was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard patio. Would stay here again!

Walk to the wharf and enjoy the sea lions and the many dining options.
