Downstairs the sofa converts to a double bed allowing 7 people to comfortably share the apartment. A single mattress allows 8 people to share the apartment, if required.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for those nights you wish to dine in. The lower floor also contains a toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Use the BBQ facilities in the private courtyard or spread out in the 1st floor shared gardens. Alternatively, crack a bottle of wine or beer and watch the world pass by from the private balcony above Gungahlin Square or head downstairs to one of the many restaurants or take-aways.
