This top floor retro condo sleeps up to 20 people and has over 3200 square feet, its also pet friendly!! It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski-in/ski-out condo! Ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area. This 7 bedroom condo is great for several families or groups!

NEW KITCHEN! Remodel completed Summer 2015, featuring stainless steel appliances and a beautiful breakfast bar! The dinning room table can seat 8 people and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace, or watch a DVD on the flat screen TV. There is another living area on the second level which features a new flat screen TV, DVD and VHS player, a selection of movies, and leather furniture. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees. There is a gas grill on the balcony for your convenience.

This spacious condo is laid out over 3 levels. There is a living room and kitchen on the main level, and another living room on the second level.

The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

-Bedroom 1: Master bedroom featuring a King Bed. Located on the main level of the condo next to the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a separate sink area, and a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.

-Bedroom 2: Second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.

-Bedroom 3: Second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.

-Bedroom 4: Second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.

-Bedroom 5: Second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.

-Bedroom 6: Third level of condo. Queen Over Queen Bunk Bed.

-Bedroom 7: Third level of condo. Queen Over Queen Bunk Bed.

-Living Room: Queen size sofa sleeper.

- Loft: 3 twin beds.

There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor. One is off the kitchen and the other is en suite to the master bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor that are en suite to the rooms with queen beds. The 3rd floor does not have a bathroom.

Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities!

There is a sauna on the second floor, and a laundry facility located on the third floor.

There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. One additional vehicle can park in the B-Lot, which is close to this condo. All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain. There is no charge for parking.

Extras: WiFi is included with your stay. Copper Mountain Athletic Club access is available to guests booking this property providing FREE access to the indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, and fitness facility. There were 16 of us in our ski club this year who wanted to make the trip to Copper Mountain the last weekend in February. We had previously rented smaller condos that slept 4 or 6. Cm416 could hold all 16 of us. Would we be tripping over each other? Would communal snoring keep everybody awake? To be honest, the first night was dicey: frustration at only being able to park one car (for the whole group) in the ground floor garage--all other vehicles had to be parked in storage lots quite a ways away. Trying to figure out where to put equipment and groceries. Discovering that only 2 of the 4 bathrooms were accessible to everybody, and that an open "atrium" meant less privacy. But by the second night, it was mostly sorted out, and we began to appreciate the short two minute walk to the Eagle and Flyer lifts, and literal ski-in on the return to the condo. The small kitchen wasn't a problem because only different designated cooks prepared meals each day. And even old guys managed to wait their turn for a bathroom. We've all been friends for years, but because we'd previously stayed in smaller units, we never had a singalong with 16 voices before! In short, we enjoyed our communal experience in the condo more than we had expected, and the location was the most convenient ever. Communication with SkyRun was excellent. I'm betting the majority of our group will want to repeat the experience in February,2015

great location but condo needs serious attention

The location and size of the condo are great. The kitchen is new and well appointed. The unit needs major updating. The carpet is old and dirty, paint is peeling in many areas. The TV in the main living area shuts off randomly- not good for our football fans. The bathrooms on the second floor don't allow easy access for all four bedrooms and for those sleeping on the third floor. Towels and toilet paper should be refreshed midweek. The humidifiers did not work and some were filthy. The coffee pot in the master bedroom had moldy coffee grounds in it.

Spacious & Comfortable Condo for 14 Adults

We stayed in the condo with 14 adults and had a very good experience. Overall, the place is HUGE and there are plenty of bedrooms/beds for at least 14 adults. Everything was in working order, and for the price, it can't be beat! A few notes for future travelers: management is VERY responsive, so if you need anything during your stay (bigger pots, more towels, more bedding, info on parking, plumbing fixes, etc.) do NOT hesitate to call! Would recommend this condo for large groups and had a great stay!

Good size but needs upgrages

the condo space is great.

the only thing it needs are

1) new carpets in all the floors

2)The heating control systems need to be upgraded

3) better TVs in the rooms...

4)wall outlets need to be upgraded

over all it is a good place to stay

Disappointed and Dirty

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the fact that there were beds for all 19 people we had staying with us and the beds were comfortable. Look under the beds and be prepared to be disgusted by dirt. Look under a couch and find the same. Venture to the upstairs bathroom and look at the bathtubs and shower curtains...same. One of the upstairs bedrooms smelled like urine. There was some type of water damage on one of the walls of that same bedroom.

While SkyRun, the management company, was incredibly responsive to us notifying them, they only brought us a can of air freshener as a solution.

In addition, 6 out of 8 adults had allergic reactions every evening after we would come into the condo from skiing. We don't know if there is mold or if it was just dirty.

Overall, the kitchen and downstairs bathroom had been nicely renovated, with the exception of the stove. The burners on the stove were sporadic. Either they would be so hot they would burn things or not hot enough to actually cook things. They were not easily regulated. Bottom line: These owners should take some of the money that people are paying them and update the entire place. Case in point...the 70's model lampshades and floor to ceiling mirrors in the living area. Until then, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

Owner's Response: This property has received several upgrades in the past 6 months including all new beds, a kitchen and one of the bathrooms. It appears that a recent guest may havery had an unauthorized pet in the unit... a full carpet cleaning will be done as soon as possible. Regarding the stove, had we been informed about the issues with the stove, we would have resolved the issue sooner..... (A new stove was installed on 3/21/16 prior to this review, when a housekeeping inspector reported the glass top on the range was cracked last Saturday). Yes the unit still needs additional updating including new carpet, lamps, several bathrooms. But overall the great location continues to provide guests with a great experience as one of the few true ski in/out properties. We continue to work with all our property, owners encouraging upgrades. This is one of the largest properties at Copper and will do everything possible to provide a clean and enjoyable property. When there are issues, we responded quickly as an on-site property manager, provided we are informed of any needs. SkyRun Copper Staff
