Large Provencal House with pool and covered BBQ in Signes

The villa is situated in the outskirts of the village (300 m to the village square). The garden, enclosed by fences and portal gates, contains several terraces including one covered with BBQ, a roof terrace and a swimming pool 9.5x4.2 m with automatic cleaning. The pool is maintained by our French caretaker. The house (370 msq ) was built in 1966 and renovated during the nineties. Ground floor: Beautiful hall with guest toilet and stairs to the upper floor. A large fully equipped kitchen with open fireplace. A living/dining room with access to a terrace.At the northern end of the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a dbl.-bed and one with two single beds and two baby-beds. Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with tub. Upper floor: Here there are five bedrooms, three with dbl.-beds, one with a single and one with two single beds. There are access to the roof terrace from two of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, both with tub and a room washing machine.

There is WI-FI and wired internet to be used.

Our villa is located in Signes, a small village (1300 inhabitants) 25 km North of Toulon and Bandol. Distances to San Tropez, Avignon and Marseille are about one hrs. drive. Signes, situated in a protected valley 325 m a.s. surrounded by 600-800 m high mountains, is a medieval village with genuine Provencal style, small squares with café's and restaurants. In the village, small stores (butcher, bakeries, other special stores and a small supermarket) are available for daily purchases. There is an open market once a week and for larger purchases several supermarkets are available in the neighbouring town 12 km away. In the mountains around Signes there are rich possibilities for biking or hiking trips on mapped trails, there is al lot of possibilities for trying to run on racing bike in the maintains. After 10 minutes drive you will be in the Bandol wine area with many possibilities to visit Domains and buy the wonderful rosé and red wine.
