Family Sleepover
Deck needs to be replaced, very dangerous for older people. The check in was bizarre, met with owner's sister who in great detail explained what should be explained a manual. When you arrive at your vacation location the last thing you want to do is spend 20 minutes going over these things. The location was fabulous but the site is quite musty smelling, furniture and deck should be replaced before it is available for rent again.

Disco room!!!
I was there with various family members ranging from 3 years old to 65 and we all had a great time. The disco ( more Disney songs than disco ) was a huge hit! And the pool and hot tub were well used! The kitchen was large and well equipped and lots of seating options indoor and outdoor. I would definitely book again.

A wonderful time at a wonderful place!
Myself and some friends stayed here for my brothers bachelor party in 2023 and it was a fantastic place for it! The large outdoor space and pool were perfect on a hot summers day and we were super close to many golf courses. The host was friendly and showed us how everything worked in the house when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to friend groups or families alike! The only thing we noticed was that the barbecue was a little small for such a large group. So keep this in mind when planning your meals.

Disappointed
I stayed at this property with my siblings who we had not seen each other for the past two years. We gathered in order to bury my parents who passed away just prior to COVID. I cannot with a clear conscience recommend this property for many reasons but will try to keep to two major ones. This property is priced unusually high given the location and what you get. I have stayed in expensive oceanfront properties for a whole week for the same price I paid for two days at this property. The second one is the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke which is throughout the house. I ended up with a headache for most of my stay as a result of it, cannot understand why any guest have to deal with this.
