Lovely cottage in a great location.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this cottage and will definitely stay there again. Its really well equipped and spotlessly clean and a 30 second walk onto the beach.
Great for dogs and disabled.
The only thing we had a problem with was trying to work out how to use the grill - we just couldnt get it to work?
The kitchen otherwise is great and very well equipped.
Beds are very comfortable and spacious.
Southerness is a lovely spot, especially if you like the great outdoors!!
Would definitely recommend.

75th Birthday Celebrations
Family had a great time, lots to do nearby, lovely beach at Sandyhills,, good walk out to Rough Island from Kippford, Rockcliffe a pretty village with walks. Added bonus of SNOW one day so granddaughters delighted to make snowmen. Excellent birthday meal at Paul Jones pub. Unfortunately fish and chip shop, and mini market in Southerness shut until March !! Seascape bungalow was very warm and equipped very well. Would be good to return in warmer weather.

Fantastic property with lots of equipment.
This is a very good sized property, furnished to a high standard for a very cosy stay. Furniture and beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped with mod cons. The able-bathroom/wet room made it easy to supervise children in the shower.
The property had lots of equipment, including children's outdoor games, x box and DVDS.
We appreciated the very helpful owners who made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our stay.
The location is fantastic as very quiet but near the shops/local amenities of the Southerness Holiday Park: the Paul Jones Hotel do home cooked meals to a high standard.
