Sea Breeze & partial Water Views among the palm tree canopy -Apt 4.

This is One of 4 apartments and 2 Cottages we have available at 545 Esplanade and is situated on Hervey Bays beautiful Esplanade. 545 Esplanade offers FREE, FAST, RELIABLE & UNLIMITED WIFI to guests. The four apartments are fully self contained. two are on the first floor with private access by your stairs and private Verandah, two are on the ground floor with easy access and no stairs throughout. They offer a perfect peaceful escape to unwind, but is only a few minutes stroll to cafes and restaurants as well as the Urangan Pier.
Seabreeze Apartment has partial water views from the Living area and Master Bedroom and of course from your private Verandah which wraps your apartment and is a perfect leafy spot to kick off your shoes and relax under the shade of the palm trees.
You have off street parking. You also have your own washing machine situated in the bathroom. Air Conditioning In both the main living area and the main bedroom. The very comfy Queen size bed and singles beds means that adults as well as children will have a great nights sleep in high quality, freshly laundered and pressed linen.
You have miles of calm and safe swimming beaches either side of you. Why not try your hand at paddle boarding or jet skiing. Throw a line in off the famous Urangan Pier or just walk along the sandy shoreline for a morning coffee.
If you are lucky enough to be visitng Fraser or Lady Elliott Island, Why not spend a day or two enjoying the cafes, restaurants, beaches of Hervey Bay with us at 545 Esplanade.
Whale Watching Season kicks off mid July and finishes mid October. If this has been on your bucket list then spend some time with us enjoying our beautiful sunny Queensland winter days and experience these majestic and wonderful creatures close up. Hervey Bay is known as the 'Best Place for Close Encounters with Whales' in the world and it won't disappoint!
Being on the Esplanade, you have a bus running every hour to the main shopping area and onto Maryborough. The larger clubs such as the Boat Club, RSL and beach House all have regular a courtesy bus which will pick up and drop you back home free of charge. The Fraser Island Tours and Whale Watching Tours will pick up and drop off near enough outside your apartment so no need to walk too far. Hervey Bay is also lucky enough to have several Driver 05 services which are fantastic. You drive to your destination (within Hervey Bay) and they will drive you and your car back at the same rate as a taxi. Fraser Coast Airport is a 10 minute drive from the Esplanade, taxis are available.
URANGAN Shopping Centre is a 2 minute ride away which has everything you may require including a Post Office, Chemist, Newsagent, Bottle Shop, Butchers and Woolworths. You also have Cafes, Bakers, Pubs and restaurants in walking distance.
The 17 kilometre shared walkway and cycle way along the Esplanade is perfect if you want to hire bikes which are close at hand too.
The Botanical Gardens are in walking distance and is home to aquatic wildlife and bird life. These gardens have much improved over the last 3 years and also has a Chinese Garden and Orchid House.
545 Esplanade is a small leafy peaceful block. We really like and respect our lovely neighbours. Our floor boards are original and quite 'talkative'. If you could refrain from 'wearing clogs' and 'tap dancing' we would really appreciate it.
I am sorry, I do not have and baby supplies such as a cot, high chair or safety child gate.

Fantastic, amazing, loved every single thing about it!
Wonderful apartment in an amazingly beautiful part of Australia. Apartment was ideally located, close to shops and restruants and with a sea view from the balcony for morning coffee which was lovely. The decor, cleanliness, newness, room sizes, facilities and personal extras were the best we had in over a month in Australia - including milk, jams, condiments, cereals, toiletries, cleaning products as well as games, books and a wonderful information pack. Our host Sarah was amazing - excellent response/communication prior to visit, such easy access to the property and during our visit Sarah was easy to contact, friendly and very helpful. This property is amazing and we would highly recommend staying here and it goes without saying we would absolutely return.

The apartment was displayed beautifully’ but living dining area to small for 4 people, and dining table not suitable for older people, Fridge to small and no clothes dryer. The bedrooms were very spacious and the bathroom. It had a light good feel about it, just a shame about the living room.

We moved to Hervey Bay over 8 years ago from Sydney and reallt appreciate the natural Beauty of this area and the friendly locals. (The climate is fantastic too!).

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for a place close to the water and somewhere to relax and take full advantage of stunning natural beauty, then this is the place for you! You have palm trees along your verandah for that tropical feel and enjoy the sea breezes from this tree top gem.
I suggest the ground floor apartments for families with no stairs and amenities to suit children.

What makes this property unique

Hervey Bay is a Queensland Country Town next to the Sea. If you like saying hello to nearly everyone when out walking along the Esplanade or chatting to the Locals in the pub, it won't take long before you feel a local too!
