Our 3 bedroom 3 bath home is spacious and clean, with over 2100 square feet on the canyon rim with cathedral ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms with skylights where you can watch the moon and shooting stars at night.
There are two master suites with en suite bathrooms with double showers. These bedrooms have cathedral ceilings and skylights, they each have King size beds, on the second floor with their own balconies overlooking the expansive canyon toward homes on the other side of the canyon. There are long views of the rolling foothills and canyon and some ocean view.
The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a bar and bar stools, and has large picture windows to the expansive canyon views. In view of the kitchen, is a the family room with flat-screen TV for movies, tv, and entertainment.
The kitchen has reverse osmosis water. Ceramic Counter tops and excellent bright down lighting for the kitchen.
The Dining Room Seats Six (6) comfortably and is a great place for family and friends to have meals.
The formal living room has a large gas fired fireplace and seating areas open to the front bay windows.
There is a bedroom on the first floor with a twin bed with a trundle mattress making it fit for two. The couch in the tv room is very large and can accomodate two more if necessary.
