The 3 bedrooms are located on the second level along with the 2 of 2.5 bathrooms.

I am kind of surprise there is no communication at all after and before. However, we still easy got in, no problem at all.
I have to complain about the process of security deposit return. After 2 weeks, I didn't see the lister return my security deposit, therefore I emailed to him to both homeaway email account and his gmail account. No response at all until I called. He said oh I probably didn't get the email. I said it's fine, could you process that, and I will send another reminder email to both your email account.
After 3 days, there was nothing happen still. I called again and left voice message then he processed the return next day.
I am pissed off this situation, and afterward, there is no "Sorry" at all.

- the process of security deposit return takes 3 weeks
- cooking gear is not quite enough
- they prefer the quests to dining outside (print and label on the kitchen)
- garage remote doesn't work properly
- the only lamp in the room is not working
- poor communication
Love this property. Clean, good location, everything in good working order, or just call and they will be there ASAP to fix whatever is needed. Will certainly be back!

Our stay at this property was everything we thought it would be plus more. The location in Las Cruces was perfect for doing things within the city or leaving when visiting other places. In addition in was situated in a quiet area and allowed for beautiful night strolls. The house was very clean and modern. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as it was spacious and had great seating for visits. We were also pleased that the barbecue outside was propane allowing for some great barbecued meals. The outside patio was wonderful and very private with seating for 4 and a table to sit around. The instructions for using the house were clear and all business was handled in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this place to others.
I HAVE USED VRBO VARIOUS TIMES AND STAYED AT OTHER PROPERTIES ON THE SAME BLOCK. THIS TIME I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED OR IMPRESSED. I FELT THE HOUSE WAS NOT VERY CLEAN WHEN WE ARRIVED. IT WAS RAINING AND THERE WAS A LEAK INSIDE THE WINDOW NEXT TO THE SLIDING DOOR DOWNSTAIRS. I TRIED TO MOVE THE TELEVISION AND CABLE BOX TO THE OTHER ROOM FOR MY PARENTS BECAUSE I NOTICED THERE WAS A HOOKUP AVAILABLE INSIDE THEIR ROOM AND WHEN I MOVED THE DRESSERS ON BOTH ROOMS THERE WAS ALOT OF DUST, TRASH, COINS AND HAIR. I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT UNSANITARY. THE CABLE DIDNT WORK IN THE OTHER ROOM SO I PUT IT BACK IN THE MASTER WHERE IS WAS WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THAT WHEN WE ARRIVED WEDNESDAY NIGHT WE DIDNT HAVE ANY HOT WATER AVAILABLE BUT DIDNT REALIZE IT UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING WHEN WE NEEDED TO SHOWER. I TRIED CALLING HEATHER BUT SHE NEVER ANSWERED AND SHE WAS MY MAIN CONTACT. FINALLY WAS ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE WHO WASNT ABLE TO GO FIX IT UNTIL AROUND 9PM THAT NIGHT. ALTHOUGH I APPRECIATE HIM DOING THIS IN THE RAIN ON A HOLIDAY, IT DOESNT TAKE AWAY FROM THE FACT THAT IT WAS A MAJOR INCONVENIECE. I HAVE FAMILY THAT LIVES IN LAS CRUCES AND I WILL CONTINUE TO VISIT REGULARLY, BUT I WILL PROBABLY NOT RENT FROM THIS PARTICULAR RENTER AGAIN.
We recently celebrated my dad's 90th birthday with family and friends. My siblings and my cousins (along with their children and families) shared 2 properties on the same street. What a great way to have a reunion. The properties were both as pretty (prettier) than the pictures, were clean, and our every need was attended to.
The location was great too.
