This home is a attached home (duplex style) so it has two full kitchens and two full dining areas and living areas etc. The front door has a common stairs going down to large decks the front doors are 15" apart. Has a total of eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. We have two separate hot tubs (one on the mountain side with view of the ski run and mountain and one that overlooks old town) . There is plenty of space for 20 to 24 people. Luxury and convenience in Old Town Park City. Our most frequent question is the #number of individual beds....total beds are 16. 8 on each side there is also an extra twin mattress on the 314 side that is stored in a closet which makes a total of 17 beds.

About Carol O'Donoghue
Carol and Joel own and manage the property themselves. You can call us direct anytime to answer questions. Joel is a Utah native and Carol grew up in Michigan. We live in Park City, Utah half of the year and rent our home when we are not in Park City. The remainder of the time we reside in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. (we rent that home out also Homeaway #377160)
Carol O'Donoghue purchased this House in 2013
Why Carol O'Donoghue chose Old Town
I searched for 2 years looking for the best location for a 2nd home. This location right on the mountain in old town was a rare find. When our neighbor next door told us he was planning to sell we were able to purchase it before it went on the market. I am sure you will understand why when you see it! You will experience walking out the door to ski or mountain bike on Park City Mtn. You can view the activities in town from the windows and 3 balconies. 280 steps down to main street bars/restaurants/shops is easy...the walk up is...good exercise!
What makes this House unique
Sleeps 23+, Ski in, Ski out, and walk to Old Town. Need we say more. The front doors are just inches apart but one is 4' higher than the other. The lower deck has one of the hot tubs. The upper deck has many snow board benches and a large hot tub and fire table. (it is covered but open to an amazing view. the Stairs to old town are only 2 houses down from ours and the ski run is at the end of our driveway. Covered stairs and heated garage for your skis.

It was so great!
The houses were fabulous. So nice, so stocked, so modern. It was perfect for our family reunion!
Perfect location for a ski vacation
Right next door to the ski-in trail and just a few flights of steps above Main Street, this place is perfect for a large group who wants to ski and hang out in town. Plenty of room for 20 and great hosts made our stay perfect. Thanks!
Thank you Jason! We are glad that it worked out so well for you and we hope to see you back again next year!
This is the place to stay when in Park City
Excellent house and very responsive owners!
Had a great time!
Great location. Adequate space for our large group. Properly stocked with all the necessities.
Unique and beautiful stay for our family girls trip!
The place is super cute and spacious. The owners were awesome and helped us accommodate so many cars with parking. Beautiful homes with spectacular views! Loved how close Main Street was and the location was amazing! Will definitely stay again!
Great Location, perfect for large groups
This property was perfect for our large group of 20. We especially enjoyed having 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms etc. Property was very clean. Nice neighborhood. Very close to Main Street which was so convenient. Property was available to accommodate 4 vehicles. Joel was easy to communicate with which made the process a breeze. One side of the home was more of a cabin feel and the other was more modern with updated kitchen, bathrooms etc. Our stay was during Summer so only downside was that there werent any screens on the windows so because it was hot, we had to open the windows at night which let mosquitos in. Some in our group had to deal with mosquito bites but if you're not coming during Summer, you probably won't have to worry about that. All in all, great place. Would definitely recommend!
Just a clarification, this review says that there are no screens and there are screens on many of the windows including kitchen, family room and every bedroom on both sides of the house but one on each side of the home. (I just counted 14) There are also no mosquitoes on the mountain in old town park city..... 16 years and I have never seen even one. Possibly a fly got in and made a buzzing sound? An occasional moth will also come in at night if the lights are on. I checked with my neighbors and none of them have screens at all up here ...so me having them is unusual. I will make sure I screen the 2 bedrooms that don't have them to make sure our guests are happy. that is what important.
We are also minutes (free bus ride) to Deer Valley (skiers only) and The Canyons resort (ski and snowboard) is now interconnected (meaning you can ski to the Canyons/one ticket). The tubing hill 'Gorgoza' is great for all ages (as there is a 'half' hill and a large hill for adults and older children) We are also close to the Utah Olympic Park where you can ride a bobsled and view ski jumping.
