This home is a attached home (duplex style) so it has two full kitchens and two full dining areas and living areas etc. The front door has a common stairs going down to large decks the front doors are 15" apart. Has a total of eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. We have two separate hot tubs (one on the mountain side with view of the ski run and mountain and one that overlooks old town) . There is plenty of space for 20 to 24 people. Luxury and convenience in Old Town Park City. Our most frequent question is the #number of individual beds....total beds are 16. 8 on each side there is also an extra twin mattress on the 314 side that is stored in a closet which makes a total of 17 beds.

About Carol O'Donoghue
Carol and Joel own and manage the property themselves. You can call us direct anytime to answer questions. Joel is a Utah native and Carol grew up in Michigan. We live in Park City, Utah half of the year and rent our home when we are not in Park City. The remainder of the time we reside in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. (we rent that home out also Homeaway #377160)
Carol O'Donoghue purchased this House in 2013
Why Carol O'Donoghue chose Old Town
I searched for 2 years looking for the best location for a 2nd home. This location right on the mountain in old town was a rare find. When our neighbor next door told us he was planning to sell we were able to purchase it before it went on the market. I am sure you will understand why when you see it! You will experience walking out the door to ski or mountain bike on Park City Mtn. You can view the activities in town from the windows and 3 balconies. 280 steps down to main street bars/restaurants/shops is easy...the walk up is...good exercise!
What makes this House unique
Sleeps 23+, Ski in, Ski out, and walk to Old Town. Need we say more. The front doors are just inches apart but one is 4' higher than the other. The lower deck has one of the hot tubs. The upper deck has many snow board benches and a large hot tub and fire table. (it is covered but open to an amazing view. the Stairs to old town are only 2 houses down from ours and the ski run is at the end of our driveway. Covered stairs and heated garage for your skis.

The perfect space for our large group!
Carol & Joel's home (2 houses, in fact!) was the perfect place for our group to spread out and relax. We came to Park City in September for work. We're musicians, and our band came to town to play a rehearsal dinner and wedding in Wanship. There were 10 of us total, and with the myriad of options available (queen beds, pull-out couches, etc.) we each were able to find privacy and a superbly comfortable sleep. There are at least 8 bedrooms, and for large groups that don't mind sharing rooms, there are many, many available beds. (Just see their photos.)
There are 2 fully-stocked kitchens on the top floor of each villa. We chose one randomly to use as the "main kitchen," and it served as the perfect gathering place. There's a grill out on the immense outdoor patio-sort of area, just outside the top floor of the villas, beneath the car park. (There's also a hot tub right there as well!) We cooked for almost every meal, either on the grill, or in the kitchen. On the way into town and the way out, we stopped at one of the best cafe-restaurants I've ever encountered (and I've traveled the world as a musician.) It's called Harvest. It's an Australian-style cafe with superb food and service.
Joel and Carol were delightful and helpful to talk to leading up to our stay. When one of the villas had an issue with the front door lock, Joel was available by text to help out, even though he was in the Eastern time zone, and it was the middle of the night for him. He solved it immediately, and stayed in touch to make sure we were all good.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our unique, large group. None of us wanted to leave!
The house seemed fully outfitted for ski season, and if I ever get the chance, I hope to come back during winter to stay there.
I am so glad the sleeping configuration worked out for you Aaron. I hope you can make it back to ski (and maybe play in Park City!) I will definitely try "Harvest" when I get back to P.C. in Dec.- thank for the recommendation.
Best Regards, Carol
Beautiful location overlooking old town.
We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We used both units and had plenty of sleeping arrangements, but also had room to gather as a group to visit and enjoy each others company. The view (day or night) is breathtaking and very relaxing. The home was well furnished and stocked with all amenities you would need during your stay. Carol was very helpful, friendly and timely with all of her communications. We would definitely book this location again.
Fantastic family home
We were very happy with our accommodations for our family reunion. We especially enjoyed the patio area and having so many beds for everyone. Having two kitchens was also very helpful. It is a great location which enabled us to walk into town and take hiking and biking trails straight from the house. Joel was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything and was very nice to work with. We will most likely return in the near future!
So close to Main Street. The perfect place for a family reunion. We will stay here again. I can only imagine what it would be like in the winter. Fun, fun, fun. Owners are on the ball.
we loved the home and it fit our family size of 18 people. So nice and plenty of room. we had a couple of problems during our time there, but Carol worked overtime to find solutions to our issues. We especially enjoyed the stairs to the town and Park City itself is really nice. Our children and grandchildren found plenty to do while we were there with fishing, the hot tubs, hiking right from the house and trips into town. Delightful! Thank you Carol and Joel for your help. It was so great!
The houses were fabulous. So nice, so stocked, so modern. It was perfect for our family reunion!
We are also minutes (free bus ride) to Deer Valley (skiers only) and The Canyons resort (ski and snowboard) is now interconnected (meaning you can ski to the Canyons/one ticket). The tubing hill 'Gorgoza' is great for all ages (as there is a 'half' hill and a large hill for adults and older children) We are also close to the Utah Olympic Park where you can ride a bobsled and view ski jumping.
