Lovely beachfront condo located at Sea Winds in Marco Island. Enjoy gorgeous beach views, sunsets, and dolphins frolicking in the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Winds condo offers swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, screened lanai, security, and elevators.

Marco Island has something for everyone - fishing charters, shelling cruises, and boat rentals are some of the island favorites. Of course, we cannot forget our three and one-half mile of exquisite white sandy beaches! There are also numerous golf courses located within 15 minutes of Marco Island. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades; here you can enjoy a swamp buggy ride, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area, from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples.

Marco Island is the perfect vacation spot for people of all ages. It is a vacationer's PARADISE!! This two-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped with all the amenities you may need to enjoy your Marco Island vacation!

Fabulous Condo w/ all amenities & Wonderful locale

As soon as we walked it, we were struck by the wonderful view. Both the living space and the bedroom had spacious sliding doors that we kept open every night to enjoy the sound of the waves and the breezes. With the front bedroom window open, the current through the house was amazing. The condo itself was a perfect size for us. We used the three beds and the sleeper sofa and had no issues. The kitchen was stocked with dishes/ glasses/ utensils - everything we needed. We had a surplus of towels and beach towels. It was wonderful having a fully stocked beach locker complete with chairs/ kids toys/ umbrellas and a cart to carry all of it!- we spent 6 hours out on the beach and never had to go back in for another load. Every morning I took the two children walking on the beach and they had an amazing time collecting shells. There was even a washer/ dryer to keep us all in clean clothes during our stay. Several times my wife commented that she could totally see us retiring here. Would definitely love to come back again!!!

fabulous condo

This is a fantastic condo on Marco Island. I have stayed in several other condos in this building but this one, we liked the best. You can use the stairs or the elevator and you still have a great view of the ocean from your balcony. The owner is wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. Everything you need is right there. We will continue to rent this condo every year. Thank you Dawn and Joe!

Ideal Location

This was our first visit to Marco Island and we were not disappointed in the condo or the location. The second floor ocean front condo with lanai was ideal for beach watching, relaxing or dining outside. Many good restaurants were a walk or short drive away. The Sunset Grille is located in the adjacent condo building. Day trips to Goodland, Everglades City and Chokoloskee were well within reach. Although Sea Winds is an older building the pool and grounds were well maintained.The condo itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were somewhat soft for our tastes, but to each his own. A cozy place to spend a week or two.

We do have all new mattresses on the beds, but we know that it is difficult to choose softness vs. firmness and tried to meet in the middle. In any case, it is very nice to know that our guests enjoyed our condo and Marco Island!
