While I strive to provide 5 beach chairs and an umbrella , and I try to replenish the supply when needed, I cannot guarantee the type and amount of beach equipment that will be there when you arrive as these items break, misplaced, left at the beach or loaned to other vacationers. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.

The two bedrooms are of equal size and both have access to their own lanai. The main bedroom has a king bed with access to the main lanai.
The second bedroom has a unique and versatile bedding plan - one queen and one twin *. This can be the ideal arrangement for children of different ages, 2 adult couples traveling together or a nanny. Bring Grandma with! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and access to the second lanai and cable television.

"We've been in your house for a couple of days now and we are very pleased with the accommodation. You have a really nice set up here, great location, one of the best units in the resort, in our opinion. Nothing beats an ocean view even though the garden area is very nice.......Everything was in perfect shape when we arrived. Property manager is doing a great job from what we can see. “Our dishwasher was running when we first entered the unit and the only way we could turn it off was the circuit breaker. The owner actually called us and apologized for our inconvenience. We had a new one 2 days later. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Plants even have I.D. placards”.
