Perfect for our quick weekend to the beach for a wedding at the Cavalier, only 2 blocks away! It was just what we needed.

Don't stay here

Directions to unit were vague. It took half an hour to locate. When we walked in, the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. All of my clothes and luggage reekedof it even after three days. Every drawer, cupboard and countertop was occupied with the owner's personal things so that there was no space to unpack. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. The website photo shows an oceanfront view , but the unit was located at the end of a long, scary alley next to a restaurant's dumpster. I would have walked out, but we had to prepay for the stay and it was late when we arrived. I emailed the owner with out concerns the next morning, but did not receive any reply or acknowledgement. Very dissatisfied. Will most likely never book through Vrbo again.

We were in town for a wedding at the 40th street beach access. This property was extremely convenient and exactly as described. Very clean! Perfect for our needs.
