This renovated and tastefully furnished, first floor, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in Winterpark V, Naples is centrally located, in a resort style area that has a huge swimming pool and several tennis courts. The fine shops and restaurants of trendy 5th Avenue and the historic 3rd Street downtown area with its art galleries, restaurants, and shops, along with the beautiful public Gulf Coast beaches and boat docks are just a few miles away and a short drive.

Winterpark is a perfectly maintained Condo complex having one of the largest resort pools with Clubhouse in Naples. Near the pool there is a complex with 6 tennis courts, offering organized match play and tournaments. It is surrounded by three Golf courses, offering daily play and seasonal memberships. This beautiful apartment, with one car designated parking is within waking distance to Publix supermarket, Starbucks Coffee and other neighborhood amenities, making it a perfect and affordable location in Naples.

This freshly renovated apartment (paint, electric, furnishings, and decorations) can sleep 4 (max. 6) people in two bedrooms and a living room. The Master and Guest bedrooms have each a comfortable Queen size bed, plus an extensible couch in the living room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with modern design tiled shower. Adjacent to the guest bedroom there is a second bathroom with a tub .

Major renovations and improvements were done to the condo, including designer Italian hardwood-like tiles in the living and dining rooms, new carpet in the bedrooms, new and modern stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and brand new efficient/storm-rated windows.

The apartment has tasteful furniture and includes all the usual house items for a comfortable every day living, such as: 46” HD LED TV in the living room to a 26' HD LCD TV in the master bedroom, a kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and silverware, clothes washer and dryer, everything one needs for perfect comfort, just like home.

Linens and towels for 2-4 persons are included, as well as high speed internet (wired and wireless) and tens of Cable TV channels.

This is definitely a better and cheaper alternative to hotels or timeshare, with no ownership costs or hassle and prefect seasonal vacations. Inside the condo, as well as the resort atmosphere are inviting to relax and simply having a great time!

We are two brothers that purchased this property in order for our family and friends to enjoy beautiful vacations in great weather and surroundings. We've already had great time there and plan to have many more great vacations, especially when we retire!

We are renting it when we're not there just to alleviate some of the maintenance and utilities costs, as well as renovating and improving it - we are not doing it as a business to necessarily make a profit.

We are registered with Collier County Department of taxation since 2013 and members of the Winterpark/Lakewood/Glade + Nearby Neighborhoods Next-door site since 2015.

Why Florin & Razvan Constantinescu chose Naples

Naples, Florida is a beautiful, quiet, safe area with nice, friendly people and perfect weather.

Funny, but important note: not to be confused with Naples, Italy - which is very nice too, but in Europe - pretty far and much more expensive!

The amenities in the Winterpark resort and the proximity to everything, including beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants, made us pick this amongst other properties and locations in Florida.

Since buying this condo, we have continuously maintained, improved, and renovated the property ourselves, such as:

Fall 2013: fresh, colorful, vacation-style paint in all rooms, new light fixtures, switches and outlets, and decorated it in a simple, tasteful manner, with everything one needs, but not overcrowded.

Spring 2014: the original carpet in the dining and living room has been replaced with Italian wood-like HD tiles that look very nice and easy to maintain. The kitchen also got a thorough renovation with granite countertop tiles and brand new stainless steel Frigidaire appliances.

Fall 2015: replaced all windows with hurricane/storm rated energy efficient ones; replaced the carpet in the bedrooms.

Winter 2016: replaced the old clothes washer and dryer with brand new, EnergyStar models.

As we save some more money, we plan to further update and upgrade throughout the apartment, both for us and our guests' comfort and enjoyment!

Our neighbors in Winterpark resort are very friendly, most of them either owning condos or renting there for years. The HOA rules are very strict and thoroughly enforced, contributing to the cleanliness, safety, and order of the premises. It is a very relaxing place overall, making it a perfect, affordable vacation spot!

We personally think of it as the Caribbean in our US backyard!

What makes this apartment unique

Winterpark has that vacation resort feel, very well maintained, having a gorgeous huge pool and plenty tennis courts within walking distance. It has an ideal location, conveniently located close to Naples 5th Avenue trendy area and beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. Within a short distance (Marco Island) or a slighlty longer drive (Captiva & Sanibel islands, Miami, or the Florida Keys), one can find many other beautiful places and activities that will make it one of the best and unforgettable vacations ever!.

The Winterpark V resort is situated close enough to the ocean, but not so close to be prone to floods! The last few hurricanes that hit us had minor impact an damage on the premises.

This particular apartment not only has everything one would need, just like home, but the owners' undivided attention to details and exceptional service. We have a dedicated team for cleaning and maintenance, very serious, trustworthy, and professional people!

We strive for our guests' unforgettable experience and we'll do everything possible to make that happen!

This is just a short note/critique of our stay stay at your condo this past month and a half. We did enjoy our stay VERY much and had exceptionally beautiful weather.

1. We do want to let you know that there was NO broiler pan in the oven drawer of your new stove. (if you did not get one, call the company as a broiler pan comes with every stove!

2. Dining room chair legs are Very wobbly and will not stay tightened.

3. Bedroom TV - got it working, (after we messed it up) but could not get rid of the blank box in R hand lower corner section.

4. The maintenance people were VERY helpful RE: the dining room chairs, the thermostat and the WiFi.

5. In over 25 years of coming to Winter Park, your condo has the best mattresses.

6. In over 25 years of coming to Winter Park your windows and door tracks are the cleanest!

7. A few more hand towels and bath towels would help. Also, at least another set of sheets for all beds would make it easier when it is time to wash and change sheets.

8. Maybe your dryer vents need cleaning as sometimes we had to turn the dryer on twice to dry towels and heavier loads.

9. If your place is available March 1st thru April 15th 2017, we would be interested as we loved being on the first floor this year - at our age 82 and 86.

OWNERS; STORAGE - NO ACCESS: There is a small closet in the utility room (by the A/C and laundry area) where the owners store various maintenance items. It is locked and has no renter access. we come to this unit since years. Close to the pool and close for shopping groceries. And the neighbors are very friendly. We feel like home there and we booked again for 2018.

Nice Condo but need of a few repairs

This was mostly a very nice condo. I did find that there were a few small repairs that my husband had to do. Luckily he is a handyman around the house. He fixed the ceiling light in the guest bathroom that was hanging off the ceiling. Bought glue to replace cap on handheld shower head. Tightened bracket on wall that was falling off to hold shower handle. Tightened all screws in chairs and bar stools that were loose. I just felt like some maintenance should be done regularly on the condo. Also the living room furniture is worn and stained and should be replaced. And carpeting in bedrooms need a good steam cleaning. Also the toilet in the guest bathroom occasionally leaks and leave a puddle on the floor.

To the owners; the condo was fine but needs T.L.C.The brown flowered chair and couchs need to be sent to the salvation army. The ice maker does not dispence ice. I recommend you get a different housekeeper. The condo needs a good cleaning and that includes all inside cupboards.Better towels, and cleaner sheets and mattress cover.When I took the sheets off the master bed the pad was not clean. The master bathroom was not clean.

I thank you for your response when we had a dryer problem.

Maybe you should come to your condo more often.

Owner's Response: We are surprised of some of the comments in this review. We are clearly asking all our guests to let us know immediatly if there are any issues and what those issues are; if we find out at the end, we miss on fixing them on time, but we definitely take note and do our best to fix afterwards... And now a few detailed responses to this review: 1. The chairs and couch are fine, functional and in good condition. I'm not sure what the expectations are, but we offer decent, functional, regular furniture and accessories, and not 7-star hotel luxury. It could be an issue with personal expectations... 2. The fridge built-in ice maker has a handle that moves to either produce ice or not. If we were told about the ice problem on time, it would have been an easy fix. There are operating instructions for all the appliances in the guests binder - guests have to only look or ask! 3. In the past few years since we had the maintenance and cleaning crew, nobody ever complained, but actually praised them, including cleanliness of sheets and towels. Again, if we would have been told on time, we could have done something to the renters' satisfaction. 4. The dryer problem - we also appreciate that the renters informed us of and assisted us with. Due to hurricane Irma, the dryer vent had water and mud in it, so the dryer wasn't efficient, taking a lot of time to dry up clothes. Once the vent pipe was cleaned, it worked fine. It was fixed to their satisfaction, again, as long as we knew about it. 5. I also wish we could be there more often; unfortunately we're very busy and pretty far up north, but we're there at least once a year, making sure all is in order, improving and fixing what we can. I appreciate the feedback left, although most of the so-called issues could have been fixed by just informing us on time, rather that at the end. In the future, we'll try to send reminder messages and check more often with our guests to make sure that all is as they expect!

Excellent property

Beautiful Condo, nicely furnished and adequate kitchen supplies. Excellent location to the pool. We loved everything about our stay wouldn't change a thing, hope we can return another time. Everything you need is there and ready for you to enjoy. The owners made everything easy and welcoming. If we go back to Naples next year this is the Condo we would rent again.

This place is perfect your close to everything only minutes from the beach and shopping a couple minute walk to a large pool with plenty of seating your in your in little quiet community with friendly neighbors it's a perfect little get away spot and the owners are very nice an accommodating I would stay there again thank you

Wonderful stay!

We just spent 3 months in this condo. This is our 2nd year staying here. We had a wonderful stay. It is close to the super beautiful pool, nice view out the living room and a clean place. Nice appliances a long with a super washing machine and dryer. Tv's and internet work great. Couches could be a little bit firmer, but we would spend most of the day outside anyway. Towels could be upgraded to some fluffier ones. Neighbors around the condo are super people! The owners are very nice people to deal with any needs or concerns. We would rent again if we decide to come back. This condo is located near many shopping areas and the beautiful beaches. It is in a perfect location.
