Cadiz three millennium old city, an ideal place to enjoy the countryside and the sea all year round climate.
The province of Cadiz varied in its landscapes, people saw with their banks and fishing villages on the coast, ideal for practicing water sports and activities.
In the city of Cadiz cuisine boasts superb dining, both meat and fish, not to mention the tapas in the bars of the old town.
The Apartamemto is located in the old town where his street overlooking the sea promenade mall, with lovely views.
Just their backs mine Square is a place where sun, or enjoy Cádiz cuisine as it is surrounded by bars and restaurants.
The location of the apartment is a few minutes from the main road trading and shops and with very good connection for moving around the city, with bus stops at 1 minute and 15 minutes from the railway station and seaport.
Very near the Caleta beach and 20 minutes walk from the beach in Santa Maria.
The culture in Cadiz is in any corner, right on the back of the apartment we find the Museum of Cadiz, 5 minutes we have the Gran Teatro Falla, and many sites more than to enjoy.
The apartment has everything you need, is equipped with full kitchen, so indispensable in the toilet as towels, paper and gel and bedroom ready to be enjoyed with everything you need. It also has air conditioning installation. The building is very quiet, no noise where you can rest placidly.

Very convenient position and nice apartment.

Very convenient position and nice apartment. Spiral staircase bit of an effort and balcony disappointing as it's enclosed. All in all good.

Lovely apartment great for exploring Cadiz

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a lovely 18th century building and the location is great for exploring Cadiz. The owner Joaquin was friendly and helpful. There is a very convenient express supermarket right outside. The only thing to point out is there is a spiral staircase in the apartment between the living area and bedroom areas so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location in the heart of Cadiz, Joaquin was very and nice and helpful.

Lovely apt and in a great location, my only complaint is the spiral staircase and the shower. Spiral staircase is very steep and narrow especially when you are trying to bring your luggage up to the bedroom, and coming down is very awkward. The shower is also a very small space and with the staircase, if you are a big size person this will prove very difficult to be comfortable, otherwise it's a very nice place and well equipped. Todo lo que necesitas - all you need

Yes, the reviews are right... For a couple this homely little flat on two floors takes some beating. It has all you need and is located perfectly for old Cádiz's many attractions, all of which are within walking distance. If you want to go further afield there are excellent transport connections by bus, train and ferry. Make sure you're OK with the spiral staircase and with the steps leading up to the flat (it's on the send floor). The owner is very friendly and helpful. One suggestion: maybe the saggy bed could do with an update. Sí, las revistas positivas tienen razón. Para une pareja este piso pequeño y acogedor es perfecto. Bien situado en el corazón del casco antiguo, bien equipado, muy limpio, propietario perfecto. ¡Muchas gracias! Lo recomiendo mucho. Una sugerencia... quizás la cama pueda tener un nuevo colchón - es un poco hundido.

Alles bestens.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in 15 Minuten am Strand La Caleta. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, der durchgehend geöffnet hat. Es ist sehr ruhig, man kann wunderbar schlafen.
