About this property

Enjoy this beautiful three bedroom; two bath condo at the popular Fairways at River Oaks Golf Plantation community only a five mile drive to the beach. This property is managed by Five Stars Property Management.

This is a spacious condo featuring cathedral ceilings! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 3' memory foam cool gel mattress topper for your comfort sleeping. The two guest bedrooms have two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

a beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom off the screened patio. Flat screen Tv's are provided in the living room and all the bedrooms. Free WiFi available. The oversized kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space and a pantry closet. There is a full size washer/dryer in this unit for your convenience.

Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor of a non elevator building.

This vacation home confortably sleeps eight. And if you are in need to accommodate more vacations or are planning a family reunion please let us know. We can offer the same size and floor plan in the immediate neighboring unit. As well having several smaller units in The Fairways!

Linens, towels and starter paper products are included. It's clean, comfortable, secure and centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Beautiful time in Myrtle Beach

Even though the condo is on the 2 floor we really enjoyed being there. It is a clean and very centrally located accommodation in Myrtle beach ideal for 6 people. For 8 it is a bit too small and you don't have enough cutlery and chairs.The pool area is very clean and ideal for families with kiddies pool and hot tup.

very nice!!

It was very nice to find the property exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and spacious for a large family. The sofa bed was even comfortable! Had plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Quiet, peaceful setting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!
