Great beach, great place & great memories!

Located midway between Fort Walton Beach and Pensacola...minutes away from Fort Walton, Destin & Pensacola Beach.

White Sandy Beaches with breathtaking views from the large master bedroom & the living area... it is light, fresh & comfortable. The Living room has fold-out sofa and folding cot in closet. Unit located on the 11th floor. This unit is almost 1400 square feet. Photographs do not do this unit justice. Much bigger than what it appears to be.

Recently renovated, cleaned and updated. All new bedding & linens. Air conditioner cleaned! Working wet bar ice maker and jetted tub in master bath. Believe me, you need that extra ice for beach. Also flat screen TV in master bedroom, large flat screen TV in living room. Flat screen TV in guest bedroom. Brand new King size mattress.

Wonderful grounds, safe, gated and with security. Perfect for anyone with children or teens. Codes for entrance, elevators & beach access with summer lifeguards.

Workout room facing beach with 2 pools (one heated) & hot tub.

**This Gulf of Mexico wonder has been the vacation spot for my husband since he was a small child. I relax at the beach while my husband sits out on the balcony on the loveseat with the coffee table and takes a nap. I like sitting up in bed and waking up to see that fantastic view.... even the kitchen has a view of the bay. This town is amazing!

The perfect place to escape from work and worries... also to escape in time....

We chose Navarre Beach because my husband has been vacationing here since his early childhood.... and we felt the Pearl was the most secure place. Wow!! Great for the family, quiet & safe... and words can not describe the tranquility of this area.

What makes this condo unique

I love waking up in bed to see that beautiful beach.... I also love my sitting area in the large master bedroom... you can sit and play games or work on your laptop... while watching the waves....

I also enjoy having drinks on the balcony, propped up on my sofa listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins, pelicans and birds.

I will sit at the bar height bistro set in the breakfast nook and have coffee while looking at the precious bay side view.

AMAZING!!!!

We're on our way back to Tennessee after spending a week in unit 1103, and what an amazing week it was!!! My four year old actually cried this morning because she didn't want to leave, which made us all get a little teary-eyed. The unit was impeccably decorated, white-glove clean, and the views looked like something out of a magazine. There were 5 people in our group, and the condo provided plenty of room for all of us. My husband and I are already looking at our calendars and trying to figure out when we can come back!! It won't be soon enough, that's for sure 😊

This Condo receives a very high rating from the McCoy Family. Everything was just perfect!

We took our two teenage grandchildren on spring break and stayed in the Pearl of Navarre Beach condo. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel special the minute we got there. The location is perfect between Destin and Pensacola. Lots of fun things to do - but out of the cities with busy beaches. Food was delicious, condo and beach beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and access to swimming pool and beach were ingredients for a perfect Spring Break. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We will definitely be coming back!
