About the property

2 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom Condo with Master Bdrm Sink & Vanity

High quality kitchen and bathroom renovation completed in 2104 including all new living room furniture with a deluxe new Queen sized sleeper sofa! Replaced Queen Mattresses/box-springs in both bedrooms with Beauty Rest 1000 coil count pillow-tops in May of 2017!

The Ten-Mile Creek condo complex includes a full sized swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and coin-operated clothes washing facility.

Amenities:

Our suite includes two private bedrooms with queen-size beds, a sleeper sofa (queen size) located in the living room, and two full bathrooms. There is also a sink and mirrored vanity in the Master bedroom for your convenience. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow-dryers, and magnified vanity mirrors at each sink.

Our unit has digital cable, 25 MPS internet service, a 46 inch LED smart monitor, and Blu-ray player. The kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock-pot, a variety of cooking utensils, many condiments and spices. We also have a nice new Weber gas grill on the patio.

Location:

Our condo complex is located on 3rd Avenue just one block from beautiful & historic Frisco Main Street making it an easy stroll to a large variety of interesting restaurants and shopping (don’t miss the Lost Cajun, Himalayan Indian, and the critically acclaimed Begali’s Italian Restaurant). A visit to Frisco is also not complete without at least breakfast at the Butterhorn Bakery!

The complex backs up to the Mt. Royal trail heads with multiple hiking and biking options including access to the paved bike path to Copper/Vail in one direction and Breckenridge in the other direction. The Frisco Marina is directly down Main Street (canoeing and kayaking on Lake Dillon).

Getting around Frisco and the Surrounding Area:

Free Bus Service (The Summit Stage) is available to most ski areas, shopping centers, medical centers, and some residential areas in Summit County. The Summit Stage runs to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon, and Silverthorne.

The Frisco Information Center (3rd and Main Street) has up to date shuttle schedules and offers a variety of services including: free Wi-Fi, free computer access, printing & scanning capabilities. Pick-up discount coupons (including lift tickets), maps, brochures on activities, insight on dining options, and shopping info.

The bus stop for the Copper Mountain Express and the buses to the other Summit County ski areas is at 5th and Main (2 block walk). Service is every 30 minutes during winter and a less frequently during other seasons. The Whole Foods, Safeway, and Wal-Mart are approximately 1.5 miles away, and it’s only a short drive to the Dillon outlet mall, Target, and a movie theater. You can also walk for groceries and necessities at the “Loaf 'N Jug” convenience store on the corner of 2nd and Main St.

About Rick Fausel

Rick grew up in Chicagoland skiing the Wisconsin hills until he discovered Summit County way back in the '70s. Lora came along for the Frisco trip for the 1st time 15 years ago and fell in love with the Colorado Rockies shortly thereafter. Lora is a big city girl from St. Petersburg, Russia but has to admit the unique Colorado mountain charm of downtown Frisco.

Rick Fausel purchased this condo in 2013

Why Rick Fausel chose Summit County Colorado

Rick has stayed all over Summit county over the years and settled on Main Street Frisco (17) years ago returning every March for his annual ski trip.

What makes this condo unique

The easy hop onto I-70 for the 10 minute ride to Copper can't be beat. You can also get to Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin in 20 minutes or so. The walk to Main Street for dining and drinking also fills out the non-ski time beautifully. A rental car is absolutely optional with all the convenient busing services in easy walking distance.

Nice Frisco condo....just needs new mattresses

  • 3 of 5

The condo was very nice, clean, quiet, and convenient for traveling to many ski areas nearby.

There were a great assortment of condiments, spices, which was very nice for food preparation. Our only reason for probably not booking this condo again was that the beds were quite uncomfortable. They were not up to the standard of today's average hotel bed, being very hard . Note to the owner.... please post if you buy some nice pillow top mattresses!!

Owner's Response: Thanks for the good review. Sorry about the mattresses being too firm for you guys. You're the 1st to complain about this. We invested in brand new 1000 coil count Beauty Rest pillow-tops in both bedrooms in May of 2017!!

the heart of Frisco, indeed!d

  • 5 of 5

This condo is well-equipped and perfectly located for outdoor people!

We were able to walk and shop on Main Street, plus walk to the trailhead for

Rainbow Lake. On Main Street, we were able to hop on the free Summit Stage,

which delivered us to Breck for an art festival and Keystone for the Taste of

Keystone.

We enjoyed using the gas grill on the balcony, and the indoor pool and hot tub.
