Stay at the center of all of the fun!! One block from the world famous Wildwood boardwalk and two blocks from Morey's pier. Renting to families of all ages and responsible groups at least 25years old(if traveling in a group all must be 25yr old). Having one adult that is 25 yr old is NOT acceptable. If you do not meet the age requirements please do not inquire. We welcome families for cheerleading, dance and wrestling competitions.

It is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, air conditioned condo just steps away from the beach and boardwalk and sleeps up to 8 people! All new kitchen, new dining room set, new living room tables and new entertainment console, new carpet in the 4 bedrooms and refinished hardwood floors. The condo is on the top floor with ocean views from the balcony( features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a full kitchen with all the amenities that you need). The balcony also offers great views for Friday nights fireworks! Each bedroom is decorated with an updated modern flair. Each bedroom also has new ceiling fans as well as HDTV with cable TV and BLU-RAY/ DVD / and Roku sticks to stream free movies or log-in with to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and stream or other streaming service.

The living room is spacious and offers lots of light and connects with the slider to the patio where you can enjoy views of the ocean and boardwalk. The living room also features a 65 inch HDTV w/Blu-Ray(WiFi connected) player and Roku. The dining table seats 6-8 people. The unit is also equipped with high speed internet throughout the house so that everyone can stay connected during their stay. There is also PS3 with games and a small library of movies and games to enjoy.

If you are sharing the unit with a few families, you will be pleased to have ample parking! There is parking for 3 cars. You can park 2 cars in the garage and an additional car in the driveway. No more worrying about finding a lot once you get to the shore.

-Bedroom #3 also has cable TV with Blu-Ray and streaming capabilities and Roku stick. Bedroom #4 has wall mounted TV with cable TV, DVD player, and roku stick.
-Ceiling fans in each bedroom (replaced in 2018 and 2019)
-Private patio with seating for 4
-Parking for 3 cars( 2 cars in garage and 1 spot in the driveway).

We welcome families of all ages or groups that are at least 25 years old(for groups all in the group must be 25 to rent). Unfortunately we can not rent for proms or senior week.

Mid November Through April Renters:
Coming in just for the weekend or a convention?
- Full Wi-Fi and cable TV in living room with HDTV and over 140 channels. The other bed rooms have cable TV and DVD/Blu-Ray,
- Close to Gateway 26 which is an arcade that is open year round. Great for kids and adults.
-Towel and sheets maybe available for an additional fee.
- Ask about early check-in or late checks-outs. With the exception of June-August I can usually accommodate.
