About the property

A stylishly appointed and conveniently located townhouse in Burpengary

Located just two minutes walk to the train station and close-by access to the Bruce highway, you can go anywhere. Surrounded by parks and with a convenience store only four doors down, you may not even need to use your car at all. This little gem sits in a small community but is very private and roomy. Very comfy for 4 but enough space for 6 if needed.

Here you will find all the comforts of a home away from home.

When you arrive feel free to dial in some take-out using the folder stacked with great local takeaway menus while you unpack.

Take your pick of two bedrooms. A lush queen sized room layered in soft cotton linen and plump pillows, or a fresh and bright double sized room with a extra single tucked under the bed. Both rooms have large robes and hangers for all that stuff. There is the option to sleep on the large couch if you need to squeeze in a sixth person.

Fresh fluffy cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash all await you after your journey here.

Get yourself all snuggley on the super comfy couch complete with silky throw blankets and feather down cushions then unwind and relax enjoying some TV. Connect to the Wifi and catch up on all your social media or do that work your suppose to be doing.

If you're up for cooking, there is a well stocked convenience store a 2 minute walk away (also a well stocked liquor shop next door to the store ;P ) and cook up a storm. Standard cooking facilities are all there plus some basic pantry items.

Enjoy your morning coffee/tea out on the gorgeous patio whilst listening to the birds sing.

Send through any enquiries regarding check in times or baggage holds that might be accommodated for. We have late checkout for all guests.

The nitty gritty-

*Guests MUST NOT park anywhere along the private road, failure to park in a visitors bay will result in the on-site manager getting your car towed. CCTV cameras are monitored by the on-site manager 24/7. Visitor parking bays are located throughout the complex. The lock-up garage will not be available for guests to use. Only one visitors parking space can be occupied at a time. If you are arriving in multiple vehicles there is plenty of free street parking.

*No smoking in or around premises.

*Please advise me if you have cat allergies as my furry friends occupy this space at times. All due diligence is done to rid this place of fur, but it still sneaks around. I'll do a ultra ultra clean and sticky roller prior to arrival with any allergy warnings.

*No parties. Small gathering are okay where notified and approved by me. The number of people must not exceed the arranged booking after 9pm.

*As our home is situated in a community, loud noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm.

This stay is 100% private and I will not be there to greet you. Access is via a pin-pad that will be changed after your stay ends. My contact details are provided for emergencies or just shoot me a text/email for any queries.
