The house has an independent kitchen, a large living-dining room, bathrooms, four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All the bedrooms are totally fitted with furniture, lamps, linen, and there is a TV and a comfortable sofa in two of them. The maximum availability is nine persons, if the entire house is rented.

Bed clothes, linen and kitchen towels are included. Upon request, there are some bikes and sport equipment available. Pets are not allowed.

Fantastic holiday house!!

The house is very spacious and very comfortable, we had a family of 5 and it was a huge hit with us all!! Maria the owner met us on our arrival and although we arrived late on the evening, she was very happy to show us around the property and answered any questions we had. A nice touch I thought was that there was plenty of essentials for you to use when first arrive ie shampoo/ soap/ washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets etc. The outside space is huge and the tennis court/ basketball net and football goals were a huge success, enjoyed by all the family. The views from the property are lovely, a very peaceful and tranquil area, a car is definitely recommended!! You can assess the walk to a

very small beach from the house but it is a steep decline and you can only go down at certain times when tide is out, but well worth a visit. There is a local supermarket and other amenities close by but need to travel approx 15 minutes to a larger supermarket. I would recommend this property to family and friends and we would love to go back to this beautiful house and part of Spain! Thank you Maria and family

Fantastic holiday villa for a family !

This villa was amazing. So spacious inside and out clean and clutter free. Beautiful views of the sea and greenery all around...mountains the other side all easily seen from the bedroom views. Large tennis court and basketball hoop and small five a side pitch with goals. Lots of outdoor toys for children such as tennis and badminton rackets, scooters, biycles, skateboards, kites and loads more. There was an Outdoor barbecue. Beautiful walk to the cliffside where you will see a secluded beach. It's abit steep getting to it and the trek is not for everyone but well worth the visit. A car is a MUST if you stay here. Especially if you want to travel to Gijon 30mins, Oviedo 35mins, ribadsella 1hr 20mins colunga 1hr 10mins. The Airport is 20 mins away. Local petrol station with shop in novellano is 24 hour 7days a week with a cafe open till midnight and only 5mins away. Soto de luina village 5mins away has supermarket bank and pharmacy and a beautiful beach but is by a camping site but both of these villages can be walked to but are roughly 1mile away. Motorway links were really close. There are plenty of hiking trails including a bear trail. Absolutely loved staying here and the family who own the property were SO helpful and more welcoming than anyone could wish for. The Villa had everything we needed from the moment we were there. Didn't haven't to worry about the small things like toilet roll, clothes washing powder, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc as they were already there. All in all a wonderful place tranquil and scenic for those looking to get away from everyday life not for those who are looking for the touristy beach holiday. We could not recommend this place enough. P.s we did not speak a word of Spanish and many locals spoke no English but Google translate app is a wonderful thing!!

Magnífica casa de vacaciones en un entorno maravilloso

Hemos pasado cuatro dias fabulosos, dos familias con 4 niños. La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa, todo está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario, ropa de cama y enseres, todo en muy buenas condiciones. Los niños se lo han pasado en grande, han podido jugar al tenis, futbol, incluso hay bicis a disposición. Se encuentra en un enclave perfecto, hay un camino de 500 metros que lleva directamente a un acantilado al que se puede acceder en marea baja, el pueblo es muy tranquilo pero cerca a unos minutos está Oviñana donde hay restaurantes y bares. También está muy a mano de la autovia para poder visitar otros lugares como Cudillero o Luarca y Ribadeo. Sin duda repetiremos este alojamiento.

Puente de Octubre

Hemos estado la familia de 8 miembros disfrutando de esta casa, regentada por María José,

la cuál nos ha tratado de maravilla y dándonos todas las facilidades posibles.

La casa está muy bien, con todos los servicios y comodidades necesarios; y la parcela es una pena que por falta de tiempo no la pudimos disfrutar. La propiedad esta en un lugar muy tranquilo y no te molesta nadie, y esta a unos 500 mtrs. de una playa solitaria y amplia.

Y la zona del Oriente asturiano la puedes visitar cómodamente, ya que la autovía está muy cerca. Si quieres disfrutar de esta parte de Asturias, la elección de esta propiedad es todo un acierto.

Una casa excelente

La casa es muy amplia, cómoda y decorada con un gusto excelente. Aunque se encuentra apartada de cualquier servicio, tiendas, bares, una gozada salir a pasear hasta el acantilado próximo que tiene y andar los 4 kms hasta el centro del pueblo de al lado por el camino colindante a la carretera.

Cuenta con muchos accesorios en buen estado para que los niños puedan jugar y divertirse, raquetas, bicicletas, balones, etc.

Hay en los alrededores, en coche unos 15 minutos, playas y paseos preciosos.

El tiempo no acompañó nada en esta última semana de junio, y aunque estuvo lloviendo todos los dias y con un viento tremendo, gracias a la amplitud de la casa se nos hizo mas llevadero permanecer en casa los 6.

Mejorable el servicio de wifi.

Chalet precioso en un entorno de cine.

Estuvimos alojados en este precioso chalet y la verdad es que es absolutamente recomendable. Es amplio, cómodo, moderno y cuenta con un césped muy cuidado así como terrazas para tomar una copa y descansar. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.
