Three bedroom 2nd floor apartment in an owner occupied duplex. Pleasant residential minded area within walking distance to thriving neighborhood center. Like a small town downtown in the city. Walk to everything, local market with organic fresh produce and meat market, post office, medical/pharmacy, library, a variety of churches, lots of parks, bank, coffee shops, book store, gas/service station, cafe and fine dining, tea and wine shops. Walk to the MN State Fair a do not miss event before Labor Day. Very quiet area.
I am a real estate professional by trade and have been managing residential real estate since 2003. I live on the first floor of this charming duplex.
Robert Maresh purchased this apartment in 2008
Ever since being introduced to the neighborhood while attending the University of Minnesota I have loved the charming village feel, the quite streets and the central location.
Beautiful quiet neighborhood walking distance to everything we love.
We had a fabulous time using this duplex for our far flung family gathering! The unit was beautifully clean and spacious and the location so convenient! We enjoyed the neighborhood, wonderful for walking and a very convenient deli close. I would highly recommend this unit and we hope to rent it again! Robert was exceptionally helpful and gracious

This was a great place to stay with my family. The property was clean and well maintained. Owner was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It is a convenient location to downtown and the suburbs. I highly recommend this property!
My friends and I had a great time in Minneapolis over Super Bowl weekend and this VRBO fit perfectly in our plans. Close to everything, comfortable, warm (-7°), and loaded with anything we needed. Thank you to the owners that made their rental reasonably priced and nice. James True
The stay was easy, the house clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the nice walk to the town center, with a fine grocery store and The Finnish Bistro. The nearby bus line takes you right through U of M and into downtown Minneapolis.
The house was in a nice location. Reasonably close to the places we were going to ( US Bank and Xcel Stadiums). Very close to DinkyTown (UofM). Neighbourhood was quiet. The house was very clean. Robert was great to communicate with. We will stay here again.
Close to everything and just enough space for our party of 6 adults and 2 little kids. We had one carpool visitor for a bit which stretched the seams of the living space, but it still was a great place to rest your laurels between excursions. If you want in-house hang out time, be warned, the space is tight for more than 5. Dinging one star for the bathroom to sleeping space ratio. The single bathroom was our only struggle over the weekend. Over all would rent again though! It absolutely met my expectations for the price point.
A journalists perspective, St. Anthony Park is an urban village situated between the downtowns of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, known for its community activism and strong neighborly bonds. It also enjoys a unique global perspective, thanks in large part to the international students, faculty and families connected to the campuses of the University of Minnesota and Luther Seminary. The community takes special pride in its two public schools, St. Anthony Park Elementary and Murray Junior High, which regularly rank among the top schools in the metro area. The community is home to a rich collection of educational, religious, social service, arts institutions and the St. Anthony Park Foundation which is the city of St. Paul’s first neighborhood-based charitable foundation. Neighbors and shoppers from throughout the Twin Cities can take advantage of two vibrant business districts, in North St. Anthony Park, near the University of Minnesota’s St. Paul campus, and in South St. Anthony Park, near University Ave. and its thriving art galleries and artists’ studios.
My take living in the neighborhood, it's like a small town downtown in the city.
