Walk to everything, local market with organic fresh produce and meat market, post office, medical/pharmacy, library, a variety of churches, lots of parks, bank, coffee shops, book store, gas/service station, cafe and fine dining, tea and wine shops. Maintenance issues and kitchen not the cleanest.

The property was large enough for four adults and three children. The kitchen had not been thoroughly cleaned although there is a professional cleaning service. The maintenance issues were not taken care of while we were there. There are only one or two outlets per room and those are occupied so I would suggest you bring your own extension cords. If you do any baking, there is one glass pan and no baking sheets. There are no mattress pads on any of the beds. The water is extremely hot and caution has to be taken if you have children bathing by themselves.

Great location, great host.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable during our extended stay, 2 months. There was plenty of room for us all so we didn't feel cramped at all.

Robert was very helpful and answered our questions promptly and fully. We had a couple of small issues with the electrics and Robert had them fixed very promptly.

Location is fantastic. The local shop, Speedys, a mere 2 minutes away. Local cafes good. Access to the buses and highways a real advantage.

Neighbourhood is delightful.

All in all a great place to stay. Will be recommending to other family members and anyone else

Nice, convenient and met our needs

We were looking for a place close to UofM as our son is attending school there. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 10 min drive to campus which made it perfect for us as well as being close enough to the interstate to allow us to visit the area easily. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen could use some updates but for the price, it was nice. Thanks for your hospitality Robert!!

Great value and superb location if St. Anthony Park is the place you want to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and almost felt like we lived there after only a few days. Close to wonderful eateries, shopping, grocery store and walking. I might be a bit biased since I once lived in St. Anthony Park and wanted to stay close to where I grew up. There is enough room with the three bedrooms for a family to stay and the kitchen is stocked for any who want to cook their meals at home. The only recommendation is to bring your own soap, shampoo and rinse....this isn't a hotel so those extras are not provided, but easy to pick up at local stores. I'm sure it was listed in the description, but I just missed it. They did have a hair dryer though.
