On the left side of the property, you'll find a natural sandy beach area with a gradual sloping shoreline and to the right you'll find a 2,000-square-foot boathouse with 100% vinyl decking, 2 boat slips, an open sunning area and a covered shading area. Lounge underneath the ceiling fans, lay out on the beach and use the 2 swimming ladders on the dock to access the shallow water close to shore or the 11 ft deep water at the end of the dock.

Inside, hardwood floors and plenty of natural light streaming from floor-to-ceiling windows lead you into the open-concept main living area. When you're not boating or using the provided kayaks, canoes or stand-up paddleboards for lake adventures, unwind with your favorite shows on the 75" flat-screen 4K Smart TV equipped with DirecTV. When there's nothing on TV, enjoy some shuffleboard on the 9' sanded table.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with barstool seating for 7 - sure to be the hub of conversation and activity throughout your stay!
